Chapter 39- The Cinema

Today was the day that Brad and i were going to the cinema and to be honest I was kind of nervous I don't know why I just did. I decided to put on my skinny jeans and an oversized white knitted jumper with white converse. I looked at my phone and I had a notification on twitter

I couldn't help but feel my cheeks burn and turn a light shade of red.

I put on a bit of concealer and mascara and I wore my hair in a high ponytail.

It was 3.50 and I decided it was time to leave to get the bus to the cinema.

I hoppedon the bus and within 10 minutes I was at the cinema. I walked in the door to see brad looking out the glass window looking out the window and then checking his phone aww he was so cute. I went up behind him and snaked my arms around his front. He got a fright and quickly turned around and realised it was me he had a massive grin on his face but the sparkle in his eye wasn't there. He pecked my lips.

"Well hello my little monkey what are we going to see today?"

"I don't mind the wolf on Wall Street looks good" I said smiling up at him"

"I was thinking the exact same thing"

We got into our screen with our large popcorn and slushy to share. I tried to pay but he insisted so I wasn't going to complain. Soon enough the movie started and our attention was on the screen, during the movie I would notice Brad look at me and smile then look back to the screen nervously I hope his ok. I notice him intertwine his fingers with mine on the arm rest. This immediately sent butterfly's off in my tummy.

After 2 hours the movie ended and we decided to take the long way to my house. There was a silence but it was an awkward one it was like brads body was here but his mind wasn't.

"Sooooo can we dance the music video came out today I must give it a watch when I get home. I wish I knew when you were filming so I could have went." I said trying to make conversation.

"O Ya hahaha "brad said awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck.

"Brad what's going on you have been out of it for the whole walk here did I do something" I said feeling like crying.

"No no everything is fine "he said still not looking at me.

"I placed my 2 hands on his face and turned his head to me and looked him in the eyes and said "Brad tell me what's wrong"

"He took a deep breath and sighed.

"Well you know how can we dance is out. There is scenes of me flirting with a girl and then at the end I kiss her" he said worried and scared.

"I smiled at him and kissed him.

"You're not mad?" he said confused.

"No why would I be yes I know the idea of you kissing another girl isn't great but it was for your music video it was a professional situation it's not like you chose to kiss her out of the blue and besides I shouldn't be bothered because this is only our second date so why should I be mad over nothing"

He grabbed me and hugged me tight and kissed my nose.

"Jessica Taylor you really are the best and you really do mean the world to you that's why I hadn't spoken to you I just couldn't face you till today. Jessica your my one and only" with that said he kissed me passionately.

Hey guys sorry it hasn't been awhile but I had important exams last week and the past 2 days I have been at my friend's house so it really left no time for writing. I'm sorry. Guys please tell me what you think honestly because I haven't got a response and I just want to know if someone is enjoying my book or if I'm wasting my time xoxo Emma
