Every Sunday Maddie and I got to the beach if it's a nice day and we do yoga and go for a swim if it's a nice day. I loved yoga it released all worries I had and with Maddie I had so much fun. She was my fitness/exercise buddy. I didn't love fitness but I loved yoga and going for a swim and then the gym and a run once and a while I suppose and Maddie loved fitness so she pushed me to be fitter and it worked , with Lisa she isn't into fitness much she is just naturally slim and she isn't into fitness so Maddie is my go to girl.
I got to the beach to see Maddie stretching. It was such a nice day she was in her bikini. I decided to do the same and took off my yoga pants.
"Hey Mads"
"Hey Jess!"
"Let's get started!" I said finishing my stretches.
We did some poses took some pictures so I could post them on twitter and we then went for a nice cool swim,
After Maddie and I decided to go for frozen yoghurt in town.
We got to the shop and I ordered mixed berry with crushed almonds on top and Maddie got Strawberry with Frozen Kiwi on top.
"So any news" she said digging into her yoghurt.
"Ya so much I started dating this guy called Brad his in a band called The Vamps, I think Lisa is dating Tristan from the band and I went to prom with Jack Fletcher and he tried to rape me by giving me drugs."
Maddie's mouth was wide open...
"Ok I know we haven't chatted in a month or so because I was away but wow a lot has happened, Omg I have to meet Brad and Tristan and the rest of the guys they sound fun and omg are you ok? I never liked him."
"Ya definitely I have to get you to meet them and yes I'm fine it only happened a few days ago and I had a date with Brad just before I met you" I said laughing at her astonishment about how much went on.
We spent a few hours chatting and then she brought me home to my empty lonely house. Is it beginning again slowly?
