Chapter 60- Suprise

Brad had just left and I had no idea on what they had just spoke about and I didn't want to ask after Brad had left we all went back inside and I went to watch some TV in the sit room. After 5 minutes my parents came in with a big smile on their face. I looked at them confused.

"What's going on? Please don't tell me you are pregnant"

"My mom nearly chocked on the air

"No silly"

She a big white envelope from behind her back and handed it to me.

"This came this morning open it "my dad said and they both sat at each side of me.

I slowly opened it and pulled out the letter I read every word.

I scanned down the page when I read

Congratulations you have been accepted for our next term.

I immediately stood up and started screaming I got into my first choice college, I was so scared I wouldn't get in and I know I said I wouldn't mind nut I lied I would have been devastated. I hugged my mom and dad tightly.

"I can't believe I got in" I said with a smile from ear to ear.

"Honey we knew you would get in. How about we go out and celebrate, we have a few more hours till we have to leave for the airport."

"Ok thank you"

We went into the little Italian place down the street and I ordered a margarita pizza.

"So hunny there is only 2 weeks till your prom have you got your dress?" my mom asked.

"O I haven't really thought about it that much I don't know will I go." I said looking down and poking my side salad with my fork.

"Honey what do you mean you might not go it is your last time you will probably see your whole year group." My dad said.

"I don't know I will see ok" I said placing some pizza in my mouth.

It went quiet for a while.

"So hunny in 5 weeks we are going to come back home a week before your college starts to help you move in" my mom said

"Move in where" I said confused.

"London? I mean you can hardly stay here in Kings Health (Birmingham) and take a 2 and a half hour journey to London twice a day" she said laughing.

"O I just didn't really think about that" I said giving a small smile.

We got home and it was sadly time for my parents to go. I was used to this happening but I always felt upset when they left me here for months on end. I gave them both hugs and I just didn't want to let go.

"Bye have a safe flight" I said wiping a tear from my eye.

"Love you honey its only 5 weeks and we are only a plane ride away or a skype call." They said kissing my forehead and with that they left again. I was alone again.
