I was sick of all this it was like I couldn't control my emotions. What's wrong with me I can't even talk to my friends? Look what he did to me but under all this hatred I still loved him and I thought he loved me that is what kills me.

As I sat in bed I realised. Why should I hide myself and stay away from the world. I have to show everyone that I can do stuff. I decided to go out for a short walk to Tesco to get a litre of milk and some stuff for the dinner. I got dressed in some Black leggings and a baggy white crop top.

The walk was so nice the light breeze the sun on my face. It was perfect. I got to Tesco and got a basket. When I got inside I felt nervous around these people like they were judging me, it was weird I never felt like this before. I got my stuff and decided to get some Ben and Jerrys Cookie Dough Ice cream. As I walked down the aisle of the fridge a too familiar figure was getting a tub. I had to think quickly I didn't want to talk to him what so ever but I wanted the ice cream so bad. As I noticed him beginning to walk up the aisle I snook and took the ice cream from the fridge but all of a sudden my phone started to ring out loud and as I looked up Brads eyes had turned towards me and were wide open. "Jess" He said before starting to walk to me but I just dropped my basket and ran. I could hear his footsteps behind me. I felt him grab onto my hand. I tried to snatch it away but he wouldn't let go. I looked him in the eye and he looked like he hadn't slept in ages and his eyes were all red. "Brad just let me go my mom was right, I don't want to talk to you now or ever, so just let me go please" I said softly a tear falling down my eye. "Jess let me explain" he said chocked from the tears and from what I had said. "Please just let me go" I said and I felt his hand slip from mine. I began running back home. When would I stop feeling like this?

When I got home I decided to go for a bath to take my mind of things. As I was getting out the doorbell rang. I put on my bath gown and ran down stairs. I looked out the hole to see no one there. I opened the door to see 2 shopping bags. It was my groceries that I left when I ran. I brought them inside and as I put them away I found a note of paper that read "I'm sorry I let you down"
