Chapter 29

This week has been intense, i have shown Victoria around each room in the headquarters. We have trained together and found out how much stronger we are together. And it has also been great, but i miss Steve and Natasha. The house doesn't feel the same without them around "I'm going to get us some snacks, stay here" I say getting up from my bed, we have decided to have a more calming day today far from training or trying to constantly test her for any dangers

I get some snacks and drinks for us and head to my room "God i missed you" I hear Steve say, i open the door to see Steve kiss Victoria who pushes away and slaps him in the face "Steve" I say in shock dropping everything on the, he looks between me and Victoria completely confused "Why are there two of you?" He asks still looking between us "You were looking for me" I say and he still looks confused "Oh remember the underground bunker?" I ask picking everything up from the floor 

"Yes?" He says as i drop everything on the bed "Well i have a twin, i didn't know because Hydra wiped her from my memories. We found her in the bunker conserved or something" I say going in to kiss him "It's me Steve" I say and i roll my eyes putting my hand on his cheek and showing him our memories "Okay it's you" He says with a smirk and kisses me "What did you show him?" She asks and i let out a laugh "That is for you to never see" I say smiling "I'm Steve Rogers" Steve says putting his hand out which Victoria grabs 

"Victoria Schmidt" She says and my eyes widen as does Steve's "Schmidt?" He asks and looks at me "Schmidt?" He asks me "Yeah about that" I say awkwardly "Your in his bloodline?" Steve asks "He's like my great great grandfather" I say "Who tried to kill me, who almost killed Bucky" Steve says angrily "It's not my fault" I say "Why didn't you tell me this?" Steve asks "Because of that. Let's speak in your room" I say grabbing his hand "I'll see you later, if anyone else comes in here just tell them who you are" I say to Victoria 

We head into his room and he lets go of my hands crossing his arms over his chest "How long have you known?" He asks "Since the day they kidnapped me. My name was Caroline Schmidt but that is not who i am" I say and Steve sighs "Why did you keep this from me? Don't you trust me?" Steve asks unfolding his arms "Of course i do Steve, but now your just going to see me as his granddaughter" I say "No, i see you as my girl" Steve says and i smile 

"Come here i missed you so much" He says cupping my face and kissing me softly at first then gradually becoming rougher as he picks me up with one arm and lays me on the bed "I missed you too" I whisper against his lips before kissing him again

A couple of hours later 

"Come on i want you to meet Victoria properly" I say getting up and putting my clothes back on, i sit on the bed and watch Steve get dressed "If you keep staring at me like that we aren't going to make it past the door" Steve warns me "I can't stop" I say scanning his body "Would you still feel the same if you saw what i looked like back then?" Steve asks and i remember what Bucky said about Peggy "Steve i didn't fall in love with you because you're hot" I say "Yes i was attracted to you later on, but i liked you from the way you spoke to me" I say 

"You were gentle and nice and caring. I would've fallen in love with you regardless if you were small or big" I say and he smiles before kissing me softly "Your looks now were a bonus, but i don't love you just for that" I say "You have innocence in your eyes, that's what i started falling for" I say and he smiles "Come on" He says putting his hand out for me. We walk to the dinning room hand in hand "Natasha" I say happily letting go of Steve's hand and running to her 

"So you have a twin now" Natasha says and i nod smiling "Weird right" I say as we sit down, i sit in between Victoria and Steve "Where have you been this whole time?" Victoria asks innocently just as i drink my juice causing me to choke "Get used to it" Peter says disgusted "They sneak off to have sex all day" Bucky says "Ew Bucky" I say throwing a rolled up paper towel at him 

"That's my daughter" My father says and i laugh "You do that?" Victoria asks "I do" I say and she scrunches her nose "Is that weird?" Sam asks "Well the last time she was um awake, she was actually 7" I say "Oh" Sam says and i nod "She's beautiful" Sam says and everyone looks at him "They were going to read it anyways, i saved the embarrassment" Sam says with a shrug "That is actually true" I admit, i look down seeing Steve grab my thigh making me take a deep breath 

"So she has the same powers are you" Wanda asks and i nod "I think it would be great to have her on the team" My father says and i smile "The next people we fight will have a very confusing beat up" My father says and i smile "And with another semi successful battle, the discovery of my daughters twin sister and their birthdays tomorrow. I believe there should be a party" My father says raising his glass and we agree "We should" I say smiling
