Chapter 13

"She left" Steve says walking into my room and my eyes widen "who left?" Bucky asks, me, Peter and Bucky are sitting on my bed watching a movie "oh, um, Sharon" Steve says joint us on the bed "so you came to hang out with us?" Peter asks "Bucky mentioned how young he feels hanging around you guys, I thought I would join" Steve says and I smile "you feel young?" I ask Bucky "you two are much younger than me, I'm almost 100 it's nice to act the age I was when I got frozen" Bucky says

"That is cute, come join us Steve we're watching Star Wars" I say tapping stop on the bed next to me. Bucky is on one side while Peter is laying with his head on my lap "I'm assuming this was Peters choice of movie?" Steve asks and we let out a laugh "this movie is great dude" Peter says "it's not so bad actually, I feel like a Jedi" I say "you know you might as well be one" Peter says looking up and I smile

We continue to watch the movie and Steve sneaks a hold of my hand looking over at me with a small smile. I let being around these guys, it makes me feel like a normal person without hiding away from the world and finally having friends

"So did you like it?" Peter asks excitedly "it was actually good" I admit looking at Bucky who's fast asleep with his head on my shoulder and Steve who looks half impressed and half confused, we all look down at Bucky. "Bucky?" I ask brushing the hair out of his face softly, he lets out a soft groan but remains asleep "let's watch another movie, let him sleep" I whisper, I glance at Steve who looks uncomfortable "are you okay?" I whisper and his eyes travel down to Bucky

"We're friends" I say and Steve nods before looking away. "Can we watch another?" He asks and I nod "why are you allowing this?" Peter asks suspicious "I actually like it" I reply with a little smile, Peter smiles back and puts the movie on before laying back on my lap "why are they on top of her headboard way?" Steve thinks "friends Steve" I whisper and he gives me another short nod

Another movie later and Bucky is awake "well I'm going to grab something to eat" Bucky says standing up "I'll help" Peter says getting and following Bucky out "are you jealous?" I ask Steve "why would I be?" He asks raising an eyebrow "they're like my brothers Steve, I've never had friends like this" I admit "plus you have a whole girlfriend" I say with a shrug "but I want you" Steve thinks

I move up slightly and kiss him roughly at first "you're stressful you know that?" I ask slightly annoyed "yes" Steve says while pulling me onto his lap and kissing me "I thought you wanted just some snacks, that is a lot" Peter complains, I quickly move back onto the bed as the door opens "I got it for everyone" Bucky says walking in with way too much crisps and chocolates "very thoughtful" I say my voice cracking

"Why are you blushing?" Peter asks "why am I blushing? I'm not blushing" I say "you are" Bucky says "because it's hot I'm here and I'm wearing very warm clothing" I lie, they shrug it off and join us back on the bed giving us all the snacks "so this is how young people spend their days?" Steve asks and I laugh way too hard "Steve you're really not that old, you just lost a couple of years" I say with a shrug

"But yes" Peter says with a shrug "peters not even old enough to drink" I say with a shrug "I'm 16" Peter says and I shrug "what now?" Bucky asks "Karaoke?" I suggest while getting up and setting it up on my TV "this is is dumb, we're too old for this" Bucky says and I shrug

"You just have to sing along, it's fun look" I say putting on a Harry styles song "Peter?" I ask hanging him the other microphone as we begin to sing, Peter getting extremely confused "She's driving me crazy, but I'm into it, but I'm into it. I'm kind of into it. It's getting crazy, I think I'm losing it, I think I'm losing it" I sing before jumping up on the bed "take it away Peter" I yell

"She's driving me crazy, but I'm into it, but I'm into it. I'm kind of into it. It's getting crazy, I think I'm losing it, I think I'm losing it" Peter sings while I do air guitar on the bed with Peter getting way too excited. By the end of the song Steve and Bucky are staring at us like we are crazy "come on Steve don't be such a old man, live a little. Here" I say putting on a different song and handing them the mic

Reluctantly they take it and begin to sing awkwardly before finally letting themselves go and singing their hearts out making us laugh "what is going on here?" My father asks opening the door catching Steve and Bucky singing "I smell Penelope all over this" my father says and I smile "it's getting late" my dad says and I raise an eyebrow "dad I'm an adult" I complain

"Barely and now I am kicking the boys out of the room" my dad warns and I roll my eyes "fine" I say as they walk out "we can carry on tomorrow" I say "sneak back in later?" I say in Steve's head "of course" Steve thinks "alright, goodnight" my father says kissing my forehead and walking out

About an hour later i hear my phone vibrating, I pick it up to see Steve's name pop up

I put my phone down before turning on my LEDs on blue and turning the lights off, I lay there for a little bit staring up at the ceiling. What am I doing with my life?
