Chapter 41

"Everyone, on my position. We have incoming" I hear Steve say, i look up and feel the wind picking up as i see a large ship coming down "That's him" I say frightened "Bucky" I say flying down "Go, i'll stay with her until we come" Bucky says and i nod "He'll protect you. You got this" I say to Victoria before flying away meeting Steve, Natasha, Sam, Okoye and T-Challa

"I'm not leaving you alone again" I say with a smile just as we all get individually shot further away "What the hell" I say getting up groaning while laying a hand on my ribs and limping my back back. I watch as Steve tries to stop Thanos from coming any closer to Wanda only to get punched, Wandas eyes meet mine and i fly standing back to back with her and keeping Thanos from coming any closer shooting him with all the elements i can combine

Thanks manages to come closer and slap me away but in time for Wanda to kill Vision, i pull my way towards Steve "Steve" I whisper and see him open his eyes "Oh thank god" I say pulling him closer to me, i look up watching as Thanos brings Vision back to life only to kill him again "Oh Wanda" I whisper

Thor flies towards Thanos stabbing him with the Axe "I told you. You'd die for that" Thor says angrily, Thanos groans "You should have ... you ... you should've gone for the head" Thanos says raising the gauntlet and snapping his fingers "No" Thor yells "What'd you do?" Thor says "What did you do?" Thor yells while i help Steve up jsut as Thanos disappears "Where'd he go? Thor... where'd he go?" Steve asks 

"Guys" Bucky says stumbling towards us, his gun falls and he turns to ash "Bucky" I cry falling onto the floor "Care" I hear Victoria say in pain "No no Vicki" I say as she turns to ashes too, i get up looking around watching T-Challa, Sam, Wanda and Groot also disappear "Dad?" He whispers to Rocket "No no no no no Groot" Rocket cries 

"What is this? What the hell is happening?" Rhodes asks, we are all sat on the floor mourning "Oh God" Steve says and i look into his eyes "Thanos did it" I whisper "My father" I say looking at Steve as tears roll down my cheeks uncontrollably "Bucky and Victoria" I cry into my hands "We all suffered great losses today" Rhodey says and i nod 

"We need to go back home" Steve says and i nod again. The flight back to the HQ was silent, nobody said a word and nobody dared to either. We all walk in to see Pepper walking back and forward "Oh thank god, did you see what was happening out there?" Pepper says and i look into her eyes before falling into her arms and sobbing. We kneel to the floor together and she holds me tight as i sob into her embrace 

"Who?" Pepper asks afraid to even ask "Bucky, Victoria, Wanda, Sam, T-Challa" Natasha says "Tony?" She asks "He's somewhere up there" Bruce says and i sit up "I'm okay, he's okay" I say to Pepper "I can't lose him too" I say, Steve picks me up from the floor and takes us to his own room and into the bathroom "Shower?" Steve whispers and i nod 

We get undressed and literally just sit with the water falling over us "Do you think it hurt?" I ask "I hope not, they have suffered enough" Steve says and i nod "We will figure something out" Steve says and i look into his eyes "My father" I whisper "He's not" Steve says "We don't know and Peter, Peter went up too Steve" I say crying again "He is just a kid" I cry "Come on let's get out" Steve says and i nod

I change into practically all of his clothes as we lay in bed together with me laying on his chest "We will find them" Steve whispers running his hand through my hair "I promised her i would protect her" I whisper "I promised i would be right there with her the whole time and then i left" I cry "And Bucky" I cry some more 

"It will be okay, we will find a way. We always find a way" Steve whispers
