We find a small apartment and hide in it expecting Bucky to show up "why would my brother randomly have this apartment here? Do you think he knew?" I ask Steve "it's Hydra maybe he was just prepared for the worst" Steve says "you know this running away from the police thing and trying to find my brother who was framed for a murder he didn't commit" I say "hot right?" Steve says with a smirk coming closer to me "no" Bucky says
We turn around and I run to him "oh thank god you're okay, I have been so worried" I say hugging him "worried or getting hot out of the situation?" Bucky asks and I slap him "worried you moron" I say annoyed "Heads up, Cap. German Special Forces, approaching from the south." Sam says through comms "Bucky we need to get out of here" I say
"They've set the perimeter. They're entering the building." Sam says through comms and I look at Steve "are we ready for this?" I ask shinning my blue eyes "you don't have to mess up your name because I did" Bucky says and I tilt my head "I'm a Schimdt and adopted Stark, my name is already messed up" I say with a wink "fire?" I ask just as the door slams open
"Set them on fire baby" Steve says and I smirk shooting a ray of fire out of my hands clearly our path, we walk out fighting every officer in our war "there's a window" I say looking to my side while smashing a guys head onto the wall second before kicking another down the stairs "seriously why don't you fight this way more often?" Steve says staring at me and I wink
"Bucky go" I say motioning to Steve and Bucky "fire again?" Steve asks "air" I say with a smile, they both jump out and I take a deep breath in before blowing causing all the officers to fly backwards and down the stairs before flying off only to see a guy in a black suit trying to fight Bucky, the bullets bouncing off his suit "hey kitty cat get away from my brother" I say using my telekinesis to throw him back, I pull my brother up and we begin to run
"Who the hell is that?" I ask "no idea" Sam replies "think you can fly us out of here?" Steve asks and I nod, I lift us up and begin to fly us away only for the black cat dude to grab me to the floor "you guys go" I yell as they fall to the ground and begin to run "who the all you dude" I say pushing him away with my powers and flying
He continues to chase us "he's not backing down" I say and look back "we have more cops on our backs" I say watching Bucky hop on a motorbike "nice" I say and grab Steve's hand flying us out only to be tumbled down by Sam "Sam what the hell" I say getting up so the the black cat grabbing into his legs "stand down" I hear Rhodes say, I look up "Well done, you all turned into criminals" Rhodes says
"He didn't do it" I say to Rhodes as an officer begins to handcuff me and Steve, I shine my eyes at the officer "magic proof handcuffs" Rhodes says, I glance at Bucky who's literally on the floor "Buck" I say worried "I'll be okay" he says and I shake my head "your highness" Rhodes says "highness?" I ask "I am king T'Challa" the man says "and I'm a freaking elements witch" I growl "Bucky didn't do anything" I say annoyed "your father won't be happy" Rhodes says
"Do I look like I care Rhodes?" I ask rolling my eyes "You're having one hell of a birthday Penny" Bucky says and i roll my eyes. They keep us hand cuffed and put Bucky in some sort of cell completely tied to a chair as they fly us to Berlin
Steve, Sam and I are in the back of a SUV with T'Challa at the front "So, king. You really like cats huh" I ask looking at Sam "Nellie" Steve says rolling his eyes "she's right dude shows up dressed like a cat and you don't wanna know more?" Sam asks, Steve rolls his eyes once again
"The Black Panther has been the protector of Wakanda for generations. A mantle, passed from warrior to warrior. And now, because your friend murdered my father, I also wear the mantle of king. So, I ask you . . . as both warrior and king . . . how long do you think you can keep your friend safe from me?" T-challa says and I let out a laugh
"My apologies your majesty, but you think you stand a chance?" I ask mocking me "she's not afraid of talking is she?" T-Challa asks Steve who shakes his head. We get let out of the SUV but they keep me in handcuffs "I believe that's sexism" I say annoyed "or really freaky but this is not the moment to be freaky"
I say annoyed "Nellie you need to stop that" Steve says and I roll my eyes as we approach Sharon with an old man
"They kept you in those?" She asks and I smile "they can't contain the strongest avenger" I say and she laughs "take those off her" Sharon demands and they do "Thank you Ron" I say giving her an unwanted nickname "what's gonna happen to my brother?" I ask "Same thing that ought to happen to you. Psychological evaluation and extradition." The man says and I look at him with narrow eyes
"This is Everett Ross, Deputy Task Force Commander." Sharon says "a little small aren't you commander" I say "Penelope" Steve says and I cross my arms "fine I'll shut up" I say rolling my eyes "What about our lawyer?" Steve asks "Lawyer. That's funny. See their weapons are placed in lockup. Oh, we'll write you a receipt." Everett Ross says "I better not look out the window and see anybody flying around in that" Sam warns
"I'm a weapon" I joke "you're a Stark" Sharon says and I nod "You'll be provided with an office instead of a cell. Now, do me a favor, stay in it?" Everett Ross says taking us to an office "I don't intend on going anywhere." T-Challa says "For the record, this is what making things worse looks like." Natasha says and looks over at me "and you should have more respect for a king" she says and I laugh "he threw the first punch" I say with a shrug
"Try not to break anything while we fix this." Natasha says and my dad is rambling on the phone "consequences?" Steve asks bringing me back to reality "Secretary Ross wants you both prosecuted. Had to give him something." My father says ignoring my presence "I'm not getting that shield back, am I?" Steve asks "Technically, it's the government's property. Wings, too." Natasha says and I laugh
"That's cold." Sam says "Warmer than jail." My dad says before finally looking at me "and you. Don't even get me started on you. Don't you pull this shit and make me regret adopting your ass for giving me so much headache" my father yells "Bucky is my family, he is my brother. I would have done the same if not more for you dad" I say annoyed "you don't just run away with two dipshits to try and save another dipshit" my father complains
I cross my arm over my chest "dipshit is the best you got old man?" I ask waiting my eyebrows, my father groans in anger before pulling me into a hug "you gotta stop this" he says and I chuckle
