Your POV Something wet was on my face. Then I felt the warm soft tongue pressed against my cheek. I pried my eyes open being face to face with my long lost- yet newly reunited pup.
"Lilo." I whined pushing her away from me. I giggled as she whined back at me not playing with her. She always was one for playing. "Maybe later girl, I need to go shower first. Wanna come?" I said to the dog.
I just grabbed my pink towel, my soap and my spare clothes. I crept down the hall, hoping to not wake anyone. It was still pretty early, perfect for a shower. Lilo walked slowly by my side. Her light paw prints beside me.
We made it outside without waking anyone so I skipped to the shower hut. My best girl running around in circles.
"Okay you stay guard like a good girl please?" I asked the dog patting her head gently. She stood at the door and looked at me with her big brown puppy eyes. I left the door a bit open so she could come in if needed.
I got undressed, and jumped under the cold water. But I was used to the coldness now, cold water was better than no water.
I started to hum a song I remembered.

I finished singing just as I finished rinsing the soap out my hair. Then I saw my fluffy doggy sitting down beside the shower edge watching me, her head to the side and her pink tongue sticking out.
I just giggled at the dog. "Like the song?" I asked her, gaining a bark as a reply. "Me too. I remember a few songs, is that weird? I'm not sure." I asked her again "And I'm here talking to my dog like she can answer." I said aloud But Lilo barked at me. A cute annoyed bark. "Sorry you're right. You are a very smart doggy" I told her "Can you grab my towel?" I asked
Two seconds later she came back with my towel in her mouth. "Good girl. Thank you" I chooed scratching her ear.
I quickly got dried and put on my shorts, grey t-shirt and boots.

I grabbed my old clothes and threw them in the basket. I had made a deal with Alby. I'd clean the clothes once a week, but they'd have to do their undies. In exchange I'd get to use the showers twice a week. Fair deal from my view.
