Chapter 30: No

Tera greeted the new coming customers as Tsukishima cleaned a table. Tsukishima was about 35 minutes late but Tera over saw it as she said 'happens' if it were someone else they'd cut it from his pay.

Maybe she will but is just saying it just like that?

Tsukishima thought to himself. Tsukishima needed the money to pay for his part of the apartment dues. It wasn't like it was helping him pay completely but it was helping him pay somewhat of the fees along with his 'dirty money' as he called what Suwa gave him.

That reminded him to check his account when he's free to see if Suwa transferred the cash. As much as he hated it he had no other actual earning besides this barista job. And it wasn't going to pay the bills alone.

How does Kuroo manage?

Tsukishima asked himself. The rent isn't that cheap that too with not buying any food or such stuff which aren't of much use to Tsukishima. Where as Kuroo is buying food for two people even though he knows Tsukishima doesn't eat. Or probably because he can eat two peoples serving which Tsukishima is sure Kuroo can due to his buff built he'd need it.

Just then the front door dinged open and it was Yamaguchi. Yamaguchi was dressed in a black tee shirt with blue light blue jeans and a flannel checkered dark green and maroon full sleeve shirt.

"Aren't you feeling hot?" Tsukishima asked as he approached Tsukishima who was also dressed in a full sleeve shirt which's slaves were rolled up currently.

"I know I am." Yamaguchi chuckled.

Making Tsukishima furrow his eyebrows as he was reminded on that's how Kuroo speaks to him.

"Sorry, sorry," Yamaguchi apologized. "I think Kuroo's rubbed off on me." He laughed flapping his hand in the air. "Any who where have you been?? I was calling you." Yamaguchi told Tsukishima.

"My phone must've been on mute."

"Anyways, I was hopping if we could go out for a cup of coffee I had to talk to you about something...but you weren't picking up so I came over and Kuroo told me you'd left the apartment in the morning and still weren't home-"

"Kuroo's still at the apartment?" Tsukishima asked.

"Yes...he lives there too ya know..." Yamaguchi said furrowing his eyebrows. "Why you ask?"

"Nothing." Tsukishima said as he picked up the plates from the neighboring table and placed them in his tray which carried used utensils, plates and glasses.

"Seems like somethin..."

"So what did you want to tell me?" Tsukishima changed the topic.

"Oh! Yes," Yamaguchi smiled. "I-"

"Tsukishima!" Tera called out.

"Coming." Tsukishima called back. "Sorry Yamaguchi I got to go-"

"It's alright." Yamaguchi said. "We can meet up for coffee tomorrow. 1pm sounds good?" Yamaguchi asked.

"Yeah, okay."

Yamaguchi nodded.

"See you then." Yamaguchi said as he waved at Tsukishima and took his leave.

After closing up with Tera, Tsukishima made his way towards the elevator. On his way there he saw Kuroo's motor cycle standing in the parking area.

He's up there....

Tsukishima sighed throwing his head back to look up at the dark blue sky.

Do I have to go up there?

Sighing once more Tsukishima shook his head.

I brought this upon myself. Plus I'm sure he's forgotten by now...I hope...

Making his way into the elevator he saw a car pull up and the women came out. His finger hovered over the close button but he couldn't get his eyes off of the women.

She was dressed in a red spaghetti strap top with biker shorts. She walked towards the driver's side and it opened to reveal a man. Much older than Kuroo. He had a strong built but wasn't as broad at Kuroo but might be as tall as him.

The man grabbed her by the waist and and she wrapped her hands around his neck.

What is she doing??? Isn't she with Kuroo???

Just then the man dipped down his head so his lips could meet that women's.

She's a cheater!

Tsukishima thought to himself. But then a again remember he'd made Kuroo do the same last night.

Still! That doesn't give her the right to go around kissing other men!

Anger boiled up inside Tsukishima.

Why am I getting mad even ??

Sighing Tsukishima was about to press the button his name was called out.

"Oi Tsukki!" The women called out.

Looking up he saw she'd made her way inside the elevator.

"Going up." She said as she pressed the button to the eleventh floor.

Tsukishima didn't reply he just stood there quietly. As the elevator doors closed she started whistling. It irritated the crap out of Tsukishima.

The elevator ride was quite minus the occasional whistling which was starting to get on Tsukishima nerve.

"Can you please stop." Tsukishima said squinting his eye shut and pinching the bridge of his nose.

"Sorry." She said as she whipped out her phone her pocket which was buzzing.

"I'm coming Testu." She said answering the phone. "I'm sorry I got a wee bit distracted." She said into the phone and gave Tsukishima a wink.

What was that?

Tsukishima asked himself.

Cutting the call she sighed and turned he r body to face Tsukishima.

"No mentioning of who dropped me off, okay?" She asked.

What the Hell?!?

"Testu doesn't like me-" she started but the bell just rang and the elevator doors open indicating they had reached their floor number.

Tsukishima walked a few feet behind her as they made their way to the apartment.

She's cheating on Kuroo...

The thought crossed Tsukishima's mind and the Tsukishima felt werid. He felt like he was angry.

Way am I angry?
