felix's head flipped to the side, the strong slap making his cheek sting. he groaned softly, "fa**ot." the guys spat at him.
he chuckled dryly, "so what?" he asked.
where did this sudden confidence come from? felix knew never to talk back, knowing it would only make things worse. but at this point, he didn't really care.
"don't talk back at us, freak." one of daeju's little minions sneered, kicking him in the stomach.
daeju pulled his friend back and shook his head, before kneeling down to look at felix in the eye.
"how's it feel?" he asked, smirking mockingly at the beaten boy.
felix weakly pushed himself up, and sat against the lockers. daeju's smirk practically burning into his soul. he scoffed and harshly pushed him, causing him to fall on his back.
"you fucking bitch." daeju snarled, his smirk long gone and now on felix's face.
they all started beating on him, felix groaning in pain with every punch and kick swung at him. fucking stupid he thought to himself.
finally, they all left him basically bleeding out on the dirty school floor. felix sat up and groaned again, wiping his bleeding nose and getting up from the ground.
he limped out the school building, ignoring the concerned stares of strangers from around him.
he hated this, all the attention. he'd rather just be ignored, treated like a ghost. it was his fault anyways, he shouldn't have talked back. it was probably the stupidest thing he had ever done.
actually.. maybe the second stupidest.
his parents were gone on a trip, and his sister was at a friends. he didn't know when she'd be back, but he didn't care.
he dug through the beside drawer in his parents bedroom, before finding a keychain and grabbing it. he ran down the stairs, walking over to the locked cabinet in the corner of the living room.
he unlocked it, the bottles of wine, whiskey, vodka and such shining from the light coming through the window.
he grabbed a bottle, he didn't really know what it was. he sniffed it, the strong smell of alcohol filling his nostrils.
he only shrugged and downed a good portion of the drink, the liquid burning his throat. he coughed, wiping his mouth.
he continued drinking the bottle though, not finding a single care over the burning on his tongue. you could say he even liked it.
after a few hours, he was sat on the living room floor with an almost empty bottle of vodka in his hand. the front door opened and seowon walked in, turning on the light.
felix groaned at the brightness, covering his eyes from the light. "turn it off." he slurred.
his sister walked over to him and sat in front of him, "felix, what the fuck?!" she yelled, snatching the bottle of vodka from his hand.
"are you stupid?" she asked.
felix chuckled, "you never cared for me, so why do you now?" he slurred, staring at her with blurred eyes.
"that doesn't matter now! you went through mom and dads alcohol cabinet and drank everything! now i have to take care of you—"
"no!" felix yelled, standing up abruptly. "you don't have to do shit! like always!" he yelled at her.
"felix—"
"i'm not your brother, not anymore." he said, seowon staring at him in disbelief.
"you hated me the moment i first stepped through that door anyways, so why does it matter?" he said through tears, pointing at the door behind him.
