felix stumbled when someone bumped into him, he turned around to apologize but he froze in his spot.
"s—sorry san.. i didn't see you—" he said quietly after a few seconds, san gulped and nodded his head, glancing at jisung who was staring at felix.
"you guys know each other?" he asked, and felix looked over at him as he nodded his head. jisung let out a chuckle with a shocked face. "h—how?" he asked again, stumbling on his words as his eyes flickered in between the two.
it was kind of known around the school that choi san dealed drugs. most people thought it was just a rumour though, including jisung.
"well?" he asked again, his shocked face dropping into one that showed no emotions. he sighed heavily as he closed his eyes, taking a deep breath as the realization slowly set in.
"was it him—"
"i gotta go, man." san said quickly, cutting off the brunette as he walked around felix and began waking away. jisung sighed heavily once again, turning around and following san.
"s—sung, wait!" felix said quickly, turning around to follow the boy.
"hey!" jisung yelled, and both felix and san stopped in their tracks, along with nearly everybody in the cafeteria freezing to look to see who had suddenly yelled.
"was it fucking you?!" jisung yelled again as san turned around. "look man, i didn't do anything—"
"don't fucking lie! i'm not stupid!" jisung yelled as he walked closer to san. at this point, everyone in the cafeteria were staring, and there was even a few students standing in a group, trying to get a closer look.
"you sold him the drugs, didn't you?" jisung questioned the boy quietly. "tell me!" he yelled, grabbing san by the collar. "i—it was a one time thing, relax!" san said, putting his hands in front of him.
"are you sure? because it definitely doesn't seem like the last time." jisung said, his voice low in constrast to his normal voice. his voice sent more shivers down san's spine than his words.
"he asked me first!"
"that doesn't fucking matter!" jisung yelled, pulling his hands away from san, before he threw a punch to his left cheek. san groaned, holding his cheek in pain in a weak attempt to sooth the pain.
"you're gonna regret that kid." san mumbled, before he ran back at the boy, landing a punch on his face. jisung groaned and stumbled back, quickly getting back up on his feet.
san tried throwing another punch, but jisung quickly dodged it, grabbing the boys arm. san quickly tried pulling his arm away, but his grip was too strong, giving jisung the perfect opportunity to punch san again.
this time, the punch knocked san on his feet and he fell on the ground. but before he could get back up, jisung crawled on top of him, and started repeatedly punching san, the boy groaning in pain.
jisung couldn't feel anything aside from rage, he didn't even know if he could stop even if he wanted to. there was nothing else in the world that could've distracted him aside from a shaky voice that called his name.
"j—jisung!"
the boy froze when he heard that voice, his movements completely stopping as he gulped nervously, making eye contact with san, whose nose was bleeding.
he let go of his grip on the boys collar, standing up and turning around slowly to face felix. he didn't look up from the ground, but he could hear the whispers around them. he looked up, his eyes wandering over the crowd before they stopped on felix.
the boy was shaking in his spot, also looking around at the crowd. jisung wuickled walked over, grabbing the boys hand and pushing their way through the crowd. he felt felix's grip loosen for a split second, before he squeeze tighter and finally got to the other side.
he didn't stop walking though, and he could feel the way felix was struggling to keep up with him. felix called his name again in a shaking whisper and jisung stopped, making felix stop as well.
the entire crowd stopped to turn around at them, taking their phones out to record them.
"run, lix." jisung whispered ever so quietly, so that only the blonde could hear it. felix gripped his hand tightly and nodded, before they both broke out in a sprint, running out the cafeteria doors.
when they felt like they were finally fat enough, they stopped in an empty hallway.
"you okay, lix?" jisung hurriedly asked the boy, who was panting. felix brushed his hands through his hair and nodded. "w—we can't be here." he whispered in between heavy breaths.
jisung nodded, "where can we go?" he asked, both of them flinching when the bell suddenly rang. "anywhere. anywhere but here—" he said quickly, turning around when he heard distant voices down the hallway. everybody was leaving the cafeteria, heading to their next classes.
"that was crazy, the way he just jumped on him!" they heard a loud voice say, and both jisung and felix looked at each other.
they grabbed each other's hand, before they quickly began running to the nearest exit. "you've jumped a fence before, right?" jisung asked as he pushed open the doors, and felix shook his head. "kind of unexpected, coming from you but okay—"
"just grab the fence and pull yourself up—"
"i don't have a lot of upper body strength though—"
"me neither, but i'll help you up." jisung said, and felix grabbed the fence and slowly began climbing up, the brunette quickly helping him up.
"okay, now just jump to the other side." he said when felix made it to the top, the boy nodding his head as jisung quickly climbed over, the two of them jumping at the same time.
the two of them quickly began running, making sure to not be spotted by any teachers or students. because we all know what would happen if they got caught, right? right.
they were still holding hands as they ran, and felix looked over at jisung, a small smile on his face.
the wind blowing through his hair made him feel like he was in a movie, and he wanted nothing but to stay stuck there forever. if it meant he was going to be with the other.
nearly everything revolved around jisung, and felix didn't care. he was happy to be there, in that moment running away from the place he knew as hell while holding his hand. he felt lovely in that moment.
jisung was always on his mind, when he woke up and when he went to sleep. when he went to school, and when he came back. felix didn't mind though, because that's how perfect he was. jisung was perfect in his eyes.
and even though jisung might've been unable to see it, it didn't matter. because felix would constantly remind him of that, even though the boy would get shy and ask him to stop with the face of a tomato.
felix could write endless books and movies and songs and poems about him. about his smile, his hair, his laugh, his eyes, everything. because that's how perfect he was. he only wished the boy could see himself, the way he did.
felix sighed heavily, i'm falling hard, aren't i?
