Slowly but surely, raindrops started to drip down onto the ground.

Yeji held her palm out, watching as it slowly got drenched by the small droplets of liquid.

Within a few minutes the rain finally crashed down upon the city of New York, drenching those who are dumb enough to idle out in the middle of the street.

Hence with that reason, Yeji and her three angel companions stood firmly beside a tall and towering tree. With her right leg raised up, stepping over a huge and bulky root, placing her elbow and leaning onto her knee as they overlook the vicinity.

Waiting for the demons they have been scoping over to arrive.

They have planned for this particular assault for days. With the help of Felix, they were able to make a bold prediction that the demons they've been looking out for, hits this particular place in Central Park occasionally.

It's now or never.

They haven't fought the two demons together and so far only one demon have shown it's prowess, being able to kill Ryujin and injuring her in multiple occasions.

And the other one, is yet to be tested.

If what they drawn up goes according to plan, they could pass through this without scratch.

But if it goes otherwise, then they might have to do something quiet unorthodox.

They've all decided that when their plan fails. All of them have to do a full on retreat, they could not afford to lose in this battle.

But Yeji had another plan of her own. Mentally preparing herself for this particular moment.

Deciding that she's ready to throw everything away when the situation gets to dicey. She's fully made up her mind to put herself on the line if it means they get to return back home.

And their resilience and endurance will be put to the test just as they expected. Two females with masks covering half of their face and demonic wings, flew by and landed exactly in front of them.

A sudden popping noise resonated from behind, catching the three female angels attention, turning around as they witness Hyunjin cracking his fingers.

"It's time girls', I'll take the other one and you take the other demon Ryujin," he ordered, patting Ryujin's left shoulder and rolling up his sleeves. Walking beside Yeji and prepared to spring his way towards the two unsuspecting demons.

Ryujin chuckled, walking near Hyunjin and activated her angelic abilities. Leaning forwards and imitated Hyunjin's stance. "You sure you can handle that demon?"

"Of course I can, it's only been one-hundred and fifty-six years since I last fought one dirty demon, surely I still got steam."

"You better be alive by the time I get back."

"Don't worry, I will."

Ryujin then took one last deep inhale and releasing it all off with a loud exhale. "Okay on a count of three we'll charge."

"1..."

Yeji took a deep breath, pulling Chaeryeong beside her and taking a step back, giving way for the two angels for a clear launch off.

"2..."

In unison, Hyunjin and Ryujin looked at each other and nodded. Initiating their assault.

"3!"

With a loud and resonant yell. The two angels flapped their wings out and launched themselves towards the two demons.

They moved with such great speed. So fast that the first demon only realized that they've been compromised as Hyunjin bulldozed right towards her and pushing her down into the wet and muddy ground.
