The cat-eyed girl groggily walked back in her office, letting out a yawn as she ran her hand through her hair.

Absolutely worn out and out of strength, Yeji collapsed on the sweet comfort of her couch. Lifting her right leg up and letting her left one dangle down as she proceeded to bounce it against the floor.

Her hands travel over to her necktie and slowly removing it. Letting her neck get some relief after wearing the tie for the whole day.

Yeji let's out a long and deep sigh. The day she had was nothing but exhausting, even though she just came back from Jisu's place and hanging out with her and Yuna, which was definitely a refresher after being suspected of cheating on her girlfriend. The whole weight of the exhaustion came careening back down on her shoulders like it's some sort of boulder plummeting down a cliff.

Not to mention that a rumor has been flying around about her, it just made her day a lot more stressful now that it had floated its way back onto her mind.

"Someone is looking for you Yeji." As if the sounds of roaring engines outside and blaring horns couldn't be more annoying and displeasing. The voice of her secretary had to add in to that annoyance. Informing the cat-eyed girl that someone was looking for her.

Yeji groaned and rolled her eyes, proceeding to ragdoll and sink further into the couch. "Tell that someone to bug off. I'm too tired for any of their bullshit."

Minju walked closer to the couch with a blank expression, causing the cat-eyes girl to confusingly stare at her. "It's Lucifer Yeji, he's looking to have a little talk with you," the elegant demon calmly uttered.

"Well then tell him to leave this place, I don't want to deal with him for now."

Minju sighed. "Yeji, it's about the underworld."

The cat-eyed girl turned her head and bolted her gaze towards the elegant demon. "What's the matter with the underworld?" Yeji asked.

"That's why I'm telling you to come and talk to him."

Hearing what Minju said. Yeji couldn't disagree with every word that spew off of her secretary's mouth. If Lucifer came all the way here to talk about the underworld, then something or perhaps someone may have disturbed the balance down there.

Yeji sighed once more, as she motioned herself up, slowly rising from her comfortable seating position whilst scratching the back of her head, soon buttoning up the three unbuttoned buttons on her shirt close.

"Fine I'll go talk to him," an unfiltered tone of reluctance and laziness resonated from her words, as she reluctantly agreed to talk to Lucifer.

The cat-eyed girl stood up from her comfortable position, she took one step but stopped, as she rotated her head off to the wide window right beside her, witnessing the crown of the rays of the sun displayed as it started its descent.

"You should lay low for now Minju," the cat-eyed girl ordered Minju, who nodded and exited the room.

Yeji stared at the wall clock, mindlessly looking at it as the time ticks at 10 PM.

She blinked, snapping herself from her staring contest with the clock as she then proceeded to walk out of her office. There she saw a man dressed with the most fancy of outfits, with an expression that can be summed up to as something that is punchable.

"Yeji!" Lucifer presented himself as he then jubilantly greeted the cat-eyed girl, walking near the female devil with his hands on his pockets, his eyes wondering around the whole room examining it. "Aaaah, this office of yours reminds me that of Lux back in Los Angeles."

"Cut to the chase Lucifer, what do you want to say."

"Slow down, Ms. New Ruler of Hell, I've only gotten here. Can't you let me take a moment and wind down."

Yeji chuckled. "Wind down? Lucifer I know you have ulterior motives, so cut the bullshit and out with it!"

"Okay, hell is in ruins right now."

"Ruins? How? Before I left everything was fine."

"Well clearly it's not since those bloody demons in that place is out to get me and you."

"Huh?"

Lucifer walked passed Yeji and towards her swivel chair and sat on it and lifting his legs up on the table. "You heard me, every demon in hell right now is after us, what else would I be doing here. Plus I don't even know why those buffoon are after us."

"Are you sure you didn't do anything?"

"Me? Do anything?" Lucifer paused from his word as he rolled his eyes and scoffed. "That's preposterous, I own the damn place—well I used to, besides, why would those demons try to hunt you and me of all devils."

Yeji grabbed the bridge of her nose and let out a deep sigh. "If they're hunting us, then does that mean some of those demons might actually come up here?"

"Possibly yeah," Lucifer replied, as he then grabbed a random flask from his suit.

"Possibly—wait where did you get that," Yeji asked the male devil, pointing at the flask he's chugging on.

"You don't need to know," Lucifer responded, standing up from the chair as he then slowly walked towards the window. "I'll take my leave for now, but I'll return the sooner Karina get's back so we can assess the situation we are currently in," he said, as he turned back and leaped out of the window and left the cat-eyed girl alone to ponder the whole bombshell of a revelation Lucifer dropped on her.
