⚠TW INTRUSIVE THOUGHTS⚠
I put intrusive thoughts because of the definition I found and my own experience dealing with them. I write these chapters to shed light on the situation and how I'd want someone to deal with it, to help people find some kind of comfort in knowing they aren't the only ones.

Dongmin loves all things pretty. It came as no surprise to his caregiver, Moonbin, when he wanted his first skirt. "Of course!" Moonbin had said, buying him one that very same day. Any time Dongmin is little, he's wearing a skirt and sweater. It doesn't matter the weather, the little didn't like to leave the house when in little space anyway.
As far as Moonbin knows, Dongmin doesn't have any problems with his appearance. He wears what he wants and walks with such confidence that Moonbin never worries. He's right not to worry, Dongmin doesn't usually have a single problem with the way he looks. When he does he ignores it and it almost always goes away on its own.
    Almost.
For the past two or three days, Dongmin has been avoiding mirrors, slipping, and eating as much as he usually would. Moonbin wouldn't be worried if he didn't feel in the pit of his stomach that something was off, he'd chalk it up to the little not feeling the best, but he knew something was wrong and was determined to find out what.
"Min?" Moonbin called from the kitchen. "Yes, Bin?" Dongmin called back, getting up and heading that way. "What do you want for lunch?" the caregiver asked when Dongmin entered the kitchen. "I'm not hungry right now..." Looking away from the open pantry cupboard and at his lover, Moonbin raised an eyebrow. "You sound uncertain, you okay?"
Nodding and erasing any trace of uncertainty from his face, Dongmin sat on the counter. "I'm fine! Just not hungry is all," he said nonchalantly. Moonbin would've let it go if Dongmin had looked at him when he said it, would've dropped it if he had looked at him at all. "You aren't looking at me... What's wrong?"
Looking up from his hands in surprise, Dongmin's eyes were widened slightly. "What do you mean? I said I'm-" "Min, you wouldn't look me in the eye when you said it. You didn't look at me at all. I know you're lying, so what's up?" Moonbin moved to stand in between Dongmin's legs, putting his hands on either side of him on the counter.
"I-" The words seemed to get stuck in Dongmin's throat. He wanted to tell Moonbin what was going on, that he didn't feel good when he looked in the mirror, that he thought he wasn't skinny enough. That he thought he wasn't enough. Not enough to bring himself to eat, to be little, to tell someone.
Not enough to be with Moonbin.
So, instead of voicing this, Dongmin wrapped his arms around Moonbin's neck and pulled him closer, placing a lingering kiss on his lover's lips. "I love you, I hope you know that..." Moonbin was even more worried at the action and words, Dongmin not being one for kisses on the lips or openly professing his love.
"Baby, you know you can tell me anything, right?" Moonbin asked, wrapping his arms around Dongmin's waist. "I know..." The two sat there for a couple of minutes, looking at each other in silence. "You know... I really love you, Binnie," Dongmin said, his eyes starting to water. Moonbin brushed the bangs from his boyfriend's face, gazing at him lovingly. "That's why I can't tell you what's going on... Not yet..."
"I understand baby. Know that whenever you're ready, I'll be waiting."
