Dongheon woke up feeling sick, and would've tried to stay home but... He's the leader, so he shouldn't miss practices because of a little nausea. Or a little burn in his tummy...

Or the fact that he's about to throw up.

As Dongheon dashed to the toilet, hand over mouth, he thought of how to tell his members that he was sick as well. It didn't help that when he sat up after emptying his stomach, he had the overwhelming feeling to slip. Suck it up! He thought, struggling to his feet. Once you explain what's going on, you can get some rest!

Wobbling into the living area, Dongheon was met with the sight of his members crowded around Hoyoung. "I called our manager, he said you should stay home!" Minchan said, looking to Gyehyeon as he spoke. "I called the doctor and explained, he said mandatory bed rest for the next three or so days." "Guys..." Dongheon said, just above a whisper.

A couple of the members looked up at him, only to look back to Hoyoung to see if he needed anything. "Just some water please..." Hoyoung croaked. Yeonho and Kangmin shoved at each other as the rushed to the kitchen. "I'll get it!" Yeonho shouted, gently shoving the younger aside. "He was asking me!" Kangmin shouted back, dodging another shove and darting into the kitchen. Nobody intervened because the two were laughing, and this wasn't uncommon.

It seemed as if all the attention was being focused on Hoyoung, and Dongheon needed to tell the others he was sick!

As Yongseung came walking past, Dongheon grabbed his arm. "Hey, I think I'm sick today..." Yongseung looked at him for a second with pity. "We can't have two members out sick, can you tough it out for me? Hm?" He said, gently pushing past to get Hoyoung a blanket.

Dongheon pouted, he didn't want to tough it out! He wanted to curl up in bed with his favorite stuffie and sleep! He wanted to watch a Disney movie and sing along! He wanted to not be sick! But as he watched his group mates rushing around to make sure Hoyoung was comfy, he thought to himself, They don't care that I'm sick! If I get worse, it's their faults!

"It's time to go!" Dongheon yelled from his room, grabbing his bag and walking back into the living room. The others had gotten ready and were sitting in the living room, waiting. "The van should be here." Dongheon said, not waiting for an answer and heading out the door.

Once they got to the studio, the pain in Dongheon's tummy came back. He grunted and held his breath. None of the members seemed to notice. All of the members piled out of the van, going into the studio for their dance practice. Dongheon lagged behind, hiding the fact that he was in pain. "Are you alright?" Yongseung asked, remembering their chat that morning. "Yeah." Dongheon said shortly. "Just toughing it out."

They had been dancing for about two hours now, Dongheon's pain only worsening. "Alright!" Their dance instructor said. "One more time, from the top, and then we'll have a break!"

But as the instructor turned back around, Dongheon's vision went blurry. Splotches of black quickly filled his eyes, covering his line of sight until it was all he could see. He hit the ground, pain shooting through his body. Before he lost all consciousness, he heard the worried shouts of his members.

When he came to, Dongheon was in his bed and, as he remembered what had happened, he slowly but surely slipped. "Mr. Bear..." He mumbled to himself, looking around in search for the stuffed toy. Spotting the worn bear at the bottom of his bed, he slowly crawled towards it.

"Mr. Bear... My tummy hurts..." Dongheon whispered into the stuffie, burying his face into it and curling up.

"Gastritis... Yeah..."

"I feel so bad!"

"Hey..." Came a voice from the door. Hoyoung was stood there draped in a big blanket. Dongheon, afraid to blow his secret, stayed silent in his fetal position. "Oh, I guess you're not feeling well..." Hoyoung whispered.

There was some shuffling, and then Dongheon felt a dip in his bed. "I can tell you aren't asleep, but you're probably mad at us for ignoring you..." Dongheon sat up, still hiding his face. "Yongseung says you told him you weren't feeling good and he brushed it off, he feels really bad..." Hoyoung turned to Dongheon, gently tugging the bear from his face.

Dongheon blushed and looked away.

"Are you mad at me?" Hoyoung asked, Dongheon's eyes widening as he quickly whipped his head towards his group mate. "No!" He squeaked out, blushing even harder at his high pitched voice. Hoyoung tilted his head in confusion. "Is your throat feeling alright?" Dongheon nodded, looking away. "'M not mad... Jus' sad..." The little mumbled out.

A look of realization flashed across Hoyoung's face. "Why are you sad?" He asked, gently stroking Dongheon's back. "'Cause..." The little started, unconsciously leaning into the touch. "Nobody care 'bout me... Only care 'bout Hoyoungie..." Hoyoung frowned, now he felt worse! He thought for a minute, Dongheon absently playing with his teddy, and came to a decision.

"Hey darling? I'm gonna go get the others, okay?" At that, Dongheon became extremely aware of the fact that he was still little, his fear snapping him out of little space. Eyes wide and tears threatening to fall, Dongheon started rambling. "I'm so sorry you had to see me like that! And I understand if you're grossed out! Or if you don't want me around you anymore, and-" He was cut off by a soft chuckle, Hoyoung coughing right after. "I'm not grossed out, you're cute in little space!" Dongheon wore a face of surprise. "You... You know what that is?"

After explaining that he once had a friend who was a little, Hoyoung finally convinced Dongheon to tell the others. "But you'll help me right?" Dongheon asked, holding Hoyoung's hand as they walked down the hall.

"Of course!"
