    Ten is trying his best not to slip. He has to finish this dance, then he can slip. "You alright there, Ten?" Sicheng asked the little, who nodded. When they came into practice today, the members of WayV didn't know what was going to happen. They were told that they were filming a Halloween special, that was it. Not that they were dressing up as princesses. Or that Ten was Alice.
    Or that his dress was really pretty.
    As soon as Ten had put it on, he'd wanted nothing more than to run off and find his caregiver to show it off. But he has to dance. So, here he was, dancing around with a big smile on his face and trying to hold on for a couple minutes more. "Alright! That's a wrap!" As soon as this was said, Ten ran over to his bag to distract himself.
    Once the staff had left, the little slipped. "Ten, you can change now," Yangyang said, knowing that Ten would refuse. "I'm gotta show Johnny!" he said, smiling. "Okay then, let's get going!" All seven of the boys filed out of the building in their princess dresses, the wigs were taken off, to avoid suspicion. When they got in the car, their driver turned around and smiled.
    "I see someone liked the concept today?" Ten beamed, showing off his dress to the nice driver, telling him all about how he was going to surprise Johnny. "That sounds like fun!" The driver said, looking at Ten through the rearview mirror every now and then to show he was listening. "You think Johnny's gonna like it?" Ten turned to whoever was sitting next to him.
    "He'll love it!" Lucas said, ruffling the little's hair. Ten's smile grew impossibly bigger. He rambled on about anything he could, something he did when excited, during the drive to the dorms. Eventually, though, Ten talked himself to sleep. "We're here!" the driver called quietly. Lucas unbuckled Ten, picking him up bridal style and carrying him into the building.
    Ten woke up shortly after they had gone inside, telling Lucas he's a big boy, and can walk by himself. Though he insisted on holding Kun's hand. "I'll take him to Johnny, you guys get out of those dresses," Kun said, waving as he and the little parted ways with the others. "You think Johnny gonna like it?" Ten asked abruptly.
    When Kun looked at the little, he was surprised to find his expression uncertain. "Hey," he said, stopping. "Look at me. Johnny's gonna love it, so don't worry!" Ten smiled softly, hugging Kun tightly before rushing them down the hall. "C'mon! We gotta go!" he whined when Kun didn't let him run.
    Arriving at the 127 dorm, Ten knocked excitedly on the door. The little bounced impatiently on the balls of his feet causing Kun to chuckle. The door finally opened, revealing Jaehyun. "Hey, guys! What brings you here?" Kun gestured to Ten's outfit. "Wow, you look great Ten! I bet you're here to show Johnny?" Ten nodded happily.
    "I'll take him to Johnny. You can go and get out of that dress," Jaehyun said. Kun nodded, letting go of Ten's hand and straightening the little's hair before saying goodbye. "Bye-bye, Kunnie!" Ten called loudly after him. Jaehyun led the little inside, helping him take off his shoes. "Who do we have here?" Looking up, Ten smiled brightly at Taeyong and hugging him.
    "Hi, Yongie!" Taeyong smiled and put a hand on Ten's head. "Hey there! Are you here to see Johnny?" Ten nodded. "I'm gonna show John-John my dress!" he said happily, grabbing his skirt and holding the fabric out. "I'm sure he's gonna love it!" Ten beamed, taking a hold of Taeyong's hands and waving at Jaehyun as they left to find Johnny.
    Ten hummed some made-up tune while he and Taeyong walked through the dorm. They passed by multiple members, all complimenting the little's dress. "Here we are! I have to go make sure the others aren't getting into trouble. Have fun!" Ten gave Taeyong a hug, turning and knocking on the door.
    "Come in!" 
    Ten opened the door enough to peek his head in. "Well hello there!" Johnny said, smiling brightly at his little fro his seat on the bed. "I has a surprise! Close your eyes please!" The caregiver chuckled and did as he was told. Ten fixed his socks, brushed off his dress, and walked into the room. "Okay, you can look!" Johnny opened his eyes, the smile never leaving his face.
    "Would you look at that! What a pretty dress you have on!" Ten beamed, the smile on his face one of the biggest Johnny had seen him smile. "You like it?" he asked, a hint of insecurity in his voice. Johnny held his arms out for his little to come to him. Ten walked over, climbing onto the bed and into Johnny's lap.
    Johnny wrapped his arms around Ten's waist and pulled him closer. "Baby, I think anything you wear is pretty. That includes your new dress!" Ten's smile got impossibly wider. "Thank you!" The two cuddled closer, the little trying to stifle a yawn so Johnny wouldn't notice. "You're welcome, babe. Are you getting tired?"
    Ten quickly shook his head, wanting nothing more than to spend more time with his caregiver. "It's getting late... It's gonna be time for bed soon," Johnny pointed out. Ten whined, burying his face in the other's shoulder. "What is it, babe?" Ten lifted his head and pouted. "Wanna spend time with you..." Johnny smiled softly. "I have an idea, I'll be right back!"
    Johnny tried to get up, but Ten wouldn't let him. "Ten, baby, I have to go ask Taeyong something," he explained to no avail. Eventually, Johnny just picked Ten up to go with him. The two walked through the house, Ten nodding off on Johnny's shoulder but refusing to sleep. "Taeyong!" Johnny eventually called, the younger sitting in the living room with the others.
    Immediately, Ten was sitting up on Johnny's hip. " Hey, Johnny! It's getting late, are you taking Ten home?" This brought tears to the little's eyes, not going unnoticed by the other two. "What's wrong?" Taeyong asked, looking from Ten to Johnny. "Actually, that's what I'm here to talk to you about,"
    Ten tapped Johnny on the shoulder, waiting until he had his attention. "What is it, baby?" "I'm gonna go home?" he asked, bringing a hand up to his mouth to chew on a nail. Johnny gently pulled the little's hand away, holding it so he wouldn't do it again. "I know for a fact that your group doesn't have anything scheduled for tomorrow...
    So, if it's okay with everyone," he said, opening the conversation up to the group. The rest of the group looked up from the show they were watching. "I was gonna call up Kun and see if Ten here could stay the night. Since we have a couple days off, maybe I could drop him off before his bedtime tomorrow?"
    It's safe to say that no one disagreed.
