    Wonwoo had been having a rough day and all he wants is for this feeling to go away. This horrible feeling in the back of his head, gnawing at his brain and consuming his thoughts. Every time he tried to eat something, he faltered and stopped himself because of the screaming voice in his head. So when he got home to his lover making his favorite dish, he couldn't help but burst into tears.
    "Look at the stars. Look how they shine for you, and everything you do. And they were all yellow."
    Nothing was said as Mingyu wrapped his arms around Wonwoo and the latter sobbed his heart out. Mingyu knew. He somehow always knew, even if Wonwoo hadn't said anything.
    "I came along. I wrote a song for you. And it was called Yellow."
    Through his loud cries, Mingyu started humming. He hummed a song that he knew both of them would feel better listening to. It made it all the more special having Mingyu hum it instead of playing it. It made it all the more soothing.
    "So then I took my turn. Oh, what a thing to have done. And it was all yellow."
    Wonwoo's cries quieted down at the familiar tune. Mingyu singing the next words instead of humming.
    "Your skin. Oh yeah, your skin and bones. Turn into something beautiful. Do you know? You know I love you so. You know I love you so."
    Wonwoo cried even more at that, knowing that his boyfriend meant every word.
    "I swam across, I jumped across for you. What a thing to do, 'cause you were all yellow. I drew a line, I drew a line for you. What a thing to do. And it was all yellow."
    Mingyu tightened his hold on Wonwoo. Wonwoo tightened his hold on Mingyu. The two started swaying from side to side. Wonwoo's cries went silent so that he could hear Mingyu's voice.
     "And your skin. Oh yeah, your skin and bones. Turn into something beautiful. Do you know? For you, I'd bleed myself dry. For you, I'd bleed myself dry."
    The younger hummed his way through the bridge as Wonwoo felt himself slip. He let it happen, knowing that he was safe in Mingyu's arms.
    "Look at the stars. Look how they shine for you, and all the things you do..."
    The two stood there, soaking in each other's presence and the silence that surrounded them. They both knew. And they would both know for forevermore.
