It was a quiet afternoon. The bees were buzzing, the flowers blooming. However, despite the tranquil aura outside, one specific dorm was in chaos. See, Ateez's little, San, had lost Shiber. His favorite stuffed toy. The members were juggling calming San down and finding Shiber, who seemed nowhere to be seen.
    Let's start from the beginning.

"Time to get up!" came the unmistakable voice of Ateez's leader. Hongjoong went around opening doors and turning on lights, much to the dismay of his members. "Everyone out of bed!" he said loudly. When he got to Yunho and San's room, he lowered his volume. "Rise and shine!" he called, turning on the lights.
"Morning..." Yunho groggily said, sitting up and stretching. "San?" Hongjoong made his way over to San's bed and gently shook the boy's shoulder. "Wake up San," he said, a high-pitched whine his reply. If San wakes up whining, that means little space. "Hey there baby, wakey wakey!" The little slowly turned around, squinting up at Hongjoong because of the lights.
"Good morning!" San smiled sleepily, reaching out for a hug. "Mornin'," he said while hugging Hongjoong. "I want in on this!" Yunho exclaimed, pulling Hongjoong away and taking his place. San giggled quietly at the funny action. "Well, when you two are done hugging, breakfast is ready," Hongjoong informed the duo.
San's eyes lit up at the information, the little immediately trying to get up. "Breakies!" he said, failing to get out of Yunho's grip. "Alright, alright! Time for breakfast!" the tallest said, picking up San and following Hongjoong to the table. At the sound of San's loud giggles, the rest of the members were wide awake and out of their rooms.

It wasn't until after breakfast that San realized he didn't have his stuffie on him. Little San takes Shiber everywhere with him. "Youngie?" the little called from his spot on the floor where he was coloring. "Yes, bubs?" "Can you get Shiber please?" Wooyoung stood up, ruffling San's hair and saying, "Of course!"
A couple of minutes passed before Wooyoung came back into the living room empty-handed. "Sannie, where did you leave him?" he asked the little. "I leave him on the bed." Wooyoung had a bad feeling about this. "Can you come and get him? I couldn't find him," he said, alarming San slightly.
The little got up, following Wooyoung to his and Yunho's shared room. "I leaved him right here..." San said uncertainly. When they had gotten inside the room, Shiber was definitely not on the bed. "Okay, let's go look for him then!" Wooyoung said, trying to avoid any tears. "Okay..." The two turned around to leave, Wooyoung running straight into Mingi.
"What are you guys up to?" San frowned. "What's with the pout little mister?" Mingi asked the little. "Can't find Shiber," San told him. Mingi hummed. "Let me help, I'm good at finding things!" And so, the three set off on a mission to find Shiber.

"I thought you said you were good at finding things!" Wooyoung said, panicked. Mingi groaned. "I usually am! It's just-" A loud wail cut him off, turning the duo's attention back to their little. Wooyoung and Mingi were currently trying to calm down a wailing little San, who had slipped even further when Shiber wasn't in any of the obvious places they checked.
Yeosang and Seonghwa were tasked with searching their practice room, a place that Shiber goes to often. Hongjoong, Jongho, Yunho were frantically searching the house. Jongho currently had Hongjoong on his shoulders so he could check on top of a shelving unit. "Anything?" the youngest called over the loud cries of their little.
"Nothing!" Jongho put Hongjoong down, running a hand through his hair. "This is a disaster," he said to the older, who nodded. Yunho came out of the kitchen, having checked every cabinet, a defeated look on his face. "Let's hope that the others are having a more successful adventure," he said to the others.
No sooner had Yunho said this had the other two walked through the front door. "Anything?" Mingi asked. Yeosang shook his head. San, who had been crying nonstop, broke out into a coughing fit. "Sannie..." Seonghwa made his way over to the little, sitting on the floor next to him and wrapping his arms around him. "Are you sure he's not in San and Yunho's room?" Hongjoong asked.
Wooyoung looked to Mingi, both had their eyes widened. "No... We didn't really... Check?" Everyone groaned and San's cries quieted due to confusion. "You find Shiber?" Jongho and Yeosang darted off to the shared room to look for the stuffie as Hongjoong said, "Maybe." Jongho sat down on the floor with Seonghwa and San, making silly faces at the little.
A couple of minutes passed before Yeosang came jogging back into the room, Mingi right behind him. "Sannie! Look!" Mingi was holding Shiber out to the little whose eyes lit up. San immediately made grabby hands for the comfort item, a breath of relief going around the room once it was safely tucked away in his arms.
"Where was he?" Mingi rubbed the back of his neck when he responded. "Under the bed..." Both he and Wooyoung had sheepish smiles on their faces. Hongjoong rolled his eyes, smiling when they landed on a happy San. "Next time, let's check under the bed first!" Jongho exclaimed. "Next time, let's just not lose Shiber in the first place."
After nodding at the wise words of Yeosang, the group spent the rest of their day cuddling. Shiber never left San's side until bath time, when he sat on the counter waiting. At bedtime, San and Shiber were tucked away in their bed comfortably, the stuffie not to be lost the next morning.
