He left the Great Hall angrily. When he entered his dorm he kicked his bedside table and sat down on his bed.
Neville entered their dorm quietly. "Are you alright Harry?" He asked.
"Yes, I'm fine!" Harry groaned in frustration.
"You sure?"
"Yeah..." Who was he even kidding? Neville was here to help him, so he better used his help. "Actually, no. I'm not alright. I am confused and angry. There is this one person who I just can't get out of my mind and I don't understand why. It drives me crazy. Hermione thinks it's because I'm in love with them, but that's not the case. And she just has to stop forcing it like that!"
Neville sat down next to Harry. "I get that you're confused. Would I be too if someone was on my mind all the time. And Hermione can be a little pushy at times, but I think she just wants to help you, Harry. She really cares about you."
"I know, I care a lot about her too. She's like a sister to me, but she just went too far."
"I'm sure she didn't mean it like that."
"Yeah, you must be right."
Ron entered. He looked at Harry in silence.
"I'll let you two talk." Neville got up and walked towards the door.
"Neville," Harry said.
Neville turned around.
"Thanks."
"You're welcome, Harry." He gave him a smile and left the dorm.
Ron and Harry looked at each other in silence.
"I don't know what happened at the table, but Hermione is upset. She kept saying that she shouldn't have been pushing that way and that of course you needed time or something. What happened Harry? What was all this about?"
Harry sighed and explained to Ron about his dream and about Draco taking over his mind and about Hermione thinking that he is in love with Draco. "But, it's not true. I am not in love with him! And just during dinner something snapped inside, I couldn't take it anymore. I shouldn't have gotten that mad at her, but it just got too much."
"Why the bloody hell would she think something like that?"
"I don't know."
"I get that it's getting too much. I would go bloody mental if Hermione would say something like that. I'd make it up to Hermione if I were you though, I don't want you guys arguing."
"Yes, you're right. I'll talk to her."
"She's in the Common Room now, I'll get her, so you can talk."
"Alright, thank you."
"Don't mention it." Ron left their dorm. "Hermione, Harry would like to talk, you coming?" He said as he entered the Common Room.
Hermione nodded.
"Good luck!" Ginny called after her.
Ron led Hermione upstairs, closed the door behind him, and went back downstairs. "I hope it goes well." He said to Ginny.
"Sure, it'll be fine. I mean they're Hermione and Harry, they never stay mad at each other for long."
"Yes, you're right."
Hermione stood by the door and looked at her feet.
Harry sat on his bed looking out of the window, not sure what to say. "I'm sorry I got so mad at you. I shouldn't have done that, it just got too much for me."
"I forgive you, sorry for pushing you like that."
"It's alright, I know you just want to help."
Ron was talking to Ginny when suddenly there were noises behind the painting of the fat lady.
"What the bloody hell is going on there?" Ron asked.
"I don't know..." Ginny said.
"Alright, alright, take it easy!" They heard Neville say.
Seconds later, Neville came in followed by Draco.
"What the bloody hell is he doing here?!" Ron asked.
"Take it easy Weasley, I just came to see how Harry is doing. I saw what happened during dinner and I was worried."
"You were worried?" Ron asked him in disbelief.
"Yes, I was worried! Draco Malfoy, was worried about another human being. Unbelievable, I know. Where is he?"
"He's upstairs talking to Hermione."
"Okay," Draco headed up the stairs to Harry's dorm.
"Wait!" Ron called after him. "You can't go inside! They are still talking!" But it was already too late.
Draco opened the door to the dorm and watched what was happening in confusion.
Ron slipped past Draco to see what happened.
Harry and Hermione were hugging and let go of each other to see who came in.
Harry saw something flicker in Draco's eyes.
"Sorry, I couldn't stop him!" Ron said.
"Doesn't matter, we just finished talking." Harry said.
Draco looked at them with a fierce look in his eyes, still unknown to Harry.
Hermione got up. "I'm going to see Ginny, she must be waiting for me."
"I'll go with you."
Ron and Hermione left the dorm together.
Draco shot an angry look at Hermione. Before they left the dorm.
"Hi." Harry said after a while.
"Hi." Draco replied.
"Not that I don't like having you around, but why are you here? And more importantly, how did you get past the fat lady?"
"I... I saw you had a fight with Hermione and I was worried so I wanted to see if you were okay. And I convinced Longbottom to let me in."
"Oh, well thanks for your concern. I'm fine, it just got too much for me."
"What became too much for you?" Draco sat down next to Harry.
"I just have too much on my mind. There is this one person I just can't stop thinking about and I just don't understand why. It's like I'm under a spell or something. And Hermione thinks I'm in love, but I don't think so."
"Oh, who is it?" Draco asked.
Harry panicked slightly. He can't tell Draco he's the one who's been in his head, can he? But he doesn't want to lie to him either. "I can't tell you."
"Why not?"
"Because you know them."
"Oh okay. I won't ask then."
"Sorry, it's not that I don't trust you, but it's... it's complicated."
"It's okay, I understand don't worry. I'm here if you want to talk."
"Thank you Draco."
