The next morning he was allowed to leave the hospital wing.

During breakfast he found out that Goyle had been severely punished for what he had done to Harry. Also, 70 points were taken from Slytherin for casting dangerous spells on innocent people.

After dinner the trio went to potions.

When they entered the room, there was a cauldron with a strange potion on Professor Snape's desk.

"Can anyone tell me which potion this is?" Professor Snape asked when everyone was inside. "Yes... Granger."

"Amortentia, sir. The most powerful love potion that smells like what you're most attracted to."

"Very well. I now want everyone to follow the recipe and make your Amortentia."

Everyone started to follow the recipe and make Amortentia.

Harry followed the recipe as best he could.

After half an hour everyone was done with the potion.

"Now everyone smell your potion." Professor Snape said.

Harry took a deep breath and smelled the potion. Harry's heart skipped a few beats. No this is not possible! No, no, no this can't be true! Something must be wrong with his potion! "Hermione, can I smell your potion? I'm not sure if mine worked out."

"Of course." Hermione replied.

Harry smelled Hermione's potion, but the scent hadn't changed.

Hermione noticed something was wrong. "Harry, are you alright?"

Harry was devastated. His skin turned pale. This can't be real, can it? He smelled Draco... Draco Malfoy. So Hermione had been right, all along. He is in love with Draco. His heart was beating very fast. He took a deep breath but that didn't help at all because the whole damn room smelled like green apples and Draco's cologne. He had to get out of here! He had to get some air. Harry ran towards the classroom door.

"Where do we think we're going Mr. Potter?" Professor Snape said sternly.

"I need some fresh air." Harry answered without looking back. He left the room and headed toward the courtyard. He didn't care that the class wasn't over yet, he had to get out of there. He had to think clearly and if he stays in that room that smells like Draco, he won't be able to.

Harry sat on a bench and thought. He thought of all the moments with Draco. All their fun teasing during the lessons, the study moments in the library, when they visited Hagrid with Ron and Hermione ... And especially their cosy stargazing nights. The way he loves the feeling of Draco's body close to his, the warm feeling he gets when he sees him, the fast palpitations he gets when Draco's hand touches his ... It all makes sense now. He really is in love with Draco. Hermione had been right all along. Of course she was right. Deep down, Harry had always known she was right, only he wasn't ready to realize reality yet. He rested his head against the wall behind the bench and sighed. What should he do now? Should he do something with these feelings? Or would that ruin his friendship with Draco? What if Draco despises him when he finds out how Harry feels about him? Could there be a chance that Draco likes him too? Does Draco even like boys at all?

Hermione walked into the courtyard. She sat down next to Harry. "Are you alright?"

"Yes, I'm fine, it's just the smell... it just got too much." Harry replied.

There was a moment of silence.

"You smelled him, didn't you?" Hermione asked after a while.

Harry nodded. "You were right... I really am in love with him... Deep down I knew you were right... I just wasn't ready to realize it, I guess..."

"I understand... It's a lot to discover at once, so it's normal that you needed some time. And I shouldn't have pushed you like that, I should have known it wasn't that easy for you."

"It's fine..."

They were quiet.

"What am I supposed to do now Hermione? What should I do with this?"

"I think you should do whatever feels best. Follow your heart."

"But how? I don't even know if he likes me!"

"I don't know either, I don't know him that well yet. I would just do whatever feels best for you, I can't think of more. And know that I accept you just the way you are, you're still Harry. I'm here for you."

"Thank you."

It was quiet again.

"Who did you smell in the Amortentia?" Harry asked.

"... Ron..." Hermione turned red.

Harry smiled. "You two would be a great match."

"You think so?" She asked hopefully.

"I do."

"You and Draco are a great match too."

"Really?"

"Yeah, you're so different from each other, but at the same time you also have so much in common. I don't know, it just makes sense."

Harry smiled and turned a little red.

"There you are!" Ron said coming to them quickly. "Everything alright mate? You looked quite pale in class."

"Yeah, I'm fine, the smell just got too strong..." Harry said uncomfortably.

"Who did you smell?" Ron asked.

"Oh... Someone you don't know... A Muggle..." Harry lied. He wasn't ready to tell Ron about being in love with Draco. He had only just found out himself, he needed some more time to tell Ron.

Hermione glanced at Harry.

"Oh, and who did you smell?" Ron and Hermione asked.

"Oh, a Muggle too!" She said quickly.

Now it was Harry's turn to glance at her.

"Oh..." Ron seemed a little disappointed.
