Moments later, the four of them were on the field dressed up and all.

They started the game. They were just having fun, throwing the quaffle at each other, avoiding the bludgers, laughing at jokes. They hadn't even took out the snitch, Harry just tossed the quaffle around with the others.

After about half an hour, Harry suddenly saw a few of people walking onto the field. He couldn't really see who they were, because they were way too high in the sky. Harry flew down to see who they were.

When he got a little lower he saw that it was Draco with some of his teammates.

Harry landed for them.

"Mind if we join?" Draco asked with a smile.

"Hmm, Slytherins wanna play with Gryffindors?" George said who had landed behind Harry.

"Yes, is it that weird?" Draco said.

"We're talking about Slytherin and Gryffindor..." Fred said.

Draco gave him a slightly frustrated look.

"We're just kidding." George said laughing.

"Sure you can join us!" Fred said.

"But they're from the other team..." Oliver said. "From Slytherin."

"Oh sod off Oliver!" Fred said.

"What difference does that make?" George said.

"It's Slytherin." Oliver said.

Harry rolled his eyes.

"Stop whining Oliver!" Fred said.

"Draco is Harry's friend, remember? And if he's Harry's friend, he can't be that bad after all." George said.

"Come on." Harry said. "Slytherin against Gryffindor, amicably."

"Okay." Draco said.

"All right then." Oliver said. He went to the chest to get the snitch. "Since we are now with more, we can play with the snitch. We are with two seekers after all." He let go of the snitch and the game began.

Harry and Draco, each on one side of the field in the air, searched for the snitch, determined to see it before the other.

Suddenly, Harry saw something golden shining near one of the goals.

The snitch.

He looked at Draco.

Draco hadn't seen him yet.

Seeing as the snitch was closer to him, he figured he would be halfway there before Draco even realized it. Harry pushed off and quickly flew between the others on his way to the snitch. He turned around.

Draco flew only a few yards behind him.

Harry flew even faster and tried to grab the snitch but of course it decided to flee from him. Harry chased it across the field with Draco on his heels.

Draco got closer and closer and they ended up circling around each other while chasing the snitch.

"Bloody snitch!" Draco muttered when he couldn't get hold of the snitch that was avoiding his hand.

Harry laughed. "Can't catch it?" He asked defiantly.

"As if you can!" Draco said back.

"I'm only joking!" Harry chuckled.

Draco chuckled too.

Everyone was playing and laughing with each other, just having fun, but Draco and Harry were in their own little world where only the two of them were.

"Come on then Draco! You're slow!" Harry called as he lashed out, but once again missed the snitch.

"Sod off! You can't even keep me behind!"

Harry rolled his eyes. "Bloody thing!" He murmured. He lashed out again and caught it, but he leaned forward too much and lost his balance, which made him slip off his broom.

"Oh you've got to be kidding me!" Draco rolled his eyes and flew down to catch Harry. "You can't play one game without falling, can you?" He pulled Harry onto his broom, since his had fallen to the ground.

"It's not my fault that I slipped!" Harry protested.

Draco chuckled. "Technically I caught the snitch now."

"No, no, no, no! I caught the snitch, you caught me." Harry said.

"And so also the snitch." Draco smirked.

"That doesn't count!"

"It does!"

"No!"

Harry pressed the snitch against his chest. "The game is over guys! I caught the snitch!" He screamed.

Draco quickly flew to the others.

"Woohoo!" Harry put his arms in the air.

Draco made a sharp turn to knock Harry off balance, forcing Harry to wrap his arms tightly around Draco's waist to avoid falling.

"Who caught it?" Oliver asked. "And why doesn't Harry fly on his own broom anymore? Is it broken?"

"I did. And no, it is not broken." Harry said. "I fell."

"You fell yet again?" Fred and George said.

"Yes." Draco said.

"I lost my balance alright!?" Harry said.

"So Gryffindor won?" Crabbe said.

"Yes, they did." Draco said.

"Tempus." Fred said. "We have to go back inside."

"Yes, it's a quarter past nine, if we get caught now, we're screwed." George said.

"Let's go inside then." Harry said.

"Yes, good idea." Draco said. He flew to the ground followed by the rest.

Harry got off Draco's broom first and went to get his own one. It seemed fine, much to Harry's relief.

"I'll see you soon." Draco whispered softly.

"Yes, see you Draco." Harry replied.

"Harry! Are you coming or what?" Fred shouted who had already left the field with the other Gryffindors.

"I'm coming!" Harry called back. He waved to Draco and ran to Fred.

The four Gryffindors walked cautiously through the corridors, hoping they wouldn't meet anyone. Everything was going fine, until they heard Mr. Filtch talk.

"Follow me!" Harry whispered quickly. He sneaked down the hall to a door and quickly opened it. He let the rest enter first and closed the door behind him.

The four of them stood in a dark broom cupboard.

"Hold your breath." Harry said, looking through the keyhole.

Mrs. Norris toddled to the door and stopped, and for a moment Harry thought they had been found but then she went on.

Harry waited a moment, then took a sigh of relief. He opened the door and looked down the corridor. Mr. Filtch and Mrs. Norris were nowhere to be seen. "Come on." He said. He carefully left the broom closet and went to the fat lady painting.
