It was a surprisingly warm Saturday afternoon for early February.

Harry sat with Ron, Draco, Hermione, Luna, Ginny and Neville at the black lake.

Hermione sat at the edge of the lake with Neville, Luna, and Ginny, chatting and weaving beautiful flowers into crowns.

Draco, Harry, and Ron were a little further from them near a tree.

"Go ask her now!" Draco urged.

"No!" Ron said.

"Come on! Ask her Ron! Otherwise I'm going to do it for you!" Harry said.

"No, I'm scared!"

"Come on, are you a Gryffindor or what!?" Draco said.

"Otherwise you'll have to go alone! I already have a date, Ginny is going with Dean, Neville and Luna are going together and Fred and George already have dates! Even Draco has a date! Go! Go ask her!" Harry pushed Ron to where Hermione was talking to Luna, Neville and Ginny.

He leaned against Draco.

"Even?" Draco said indignantly.

"I had to come up with something." Harry said with a chuckle.

Ron hesitantly approached Hermione. "Uh... d... uhm... H... Hermione, can we talk for a minute?"

"Sure." Hermione got up and they walked to a bench.

"So what did you want to talk about?" She sat down on the bench.

Ron sat down next to her. "I..." He began. Why had he let Harry convince him again?

"It's okay, take your time." Hermione smiled sweetly at him.

"W... would you like to go to the ball with me?" Ron looked at her.

Hermione's smile grew wider. "I'd love to."

"Really?"

"Yeah, of course."

Ron hugged her.

She giggled and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

Ron turned as red as his hair.

"May I please?" Harry looked at Draco with a pleading look.

"No! You'll ruin their moment!" Draco said sternly.

"And now?"

"No."

"Please." Harry pouted.

"No."

Hermione and Ron were talking shyly.

"And now? Please."

Draco sighed. "Yes, you can go now."

"Yes!" Harry enthusiastically ran to Ron and Hermione.

Draco smiled and shook his head.

"Can I please say one thing?" Harry asked enthusiastically.

"Yeah sure?" Ron and Hermione said unsure.

"I told you!" Harry called. "I told you! I told you! I told you!"

Luna, Ginny and Neville looked confused in Harry's direction.

Ron and Hermione blushed.

Draco burst out laughing.

"Come on love!" Draco said.

"I don't want to!" Harry whined.

"The ball is in a few days! If we don't look for a suit for you now, I'll go crazy!"

"Fine!" Harry sighed. "But after that, we go to honeydukes!"

Draco laughed. "Sure, I would love to." He took Harry into the store. "I thought maybe something green, but that totally clashes with my suit so we're not going to do that. Maybe something blue?" Draco walked over to a mannequin wearing a dark blue suit with a weed shirt and a dark blue tie. "Come here."

Harry came to him.

Draco looked from the suit to Harry several times.

He beckoned to one of the shop staff.

"Can I help you, Mr. Malfoy?" She asked.

"Can you get this suit for us?" Draco asked politely.

"Sure, I'll be right back."

"Thank you."

Harry grinned. "They already know your name here."

"Of course." Draco walked calmly through the store. He walked over to a mannequin in a baby blue suit. It had a baby blue waistcoat and trousers, with a white shirt and no tie.

"Hmm, I like this one too."

"Here you go Mr. Malfoy."

"Thank you, I'm sorry, could you get this suit too?"

"Sure, I'll be right back."

"Come on darling, you're going to try on this suit." Draco put the suit over his arm and took Harry's hand in his with his free hand. "Do you think you can handle it on your own?"

"Of course, I am not a toddler." Harry took over Draco's suit and went into one of the changing rooms.

"If you say so, my love." Draco chuckled.

"Are you telling me you think I'm a toddler?" Harry asked indignantly.

"Of course not." Draco smirked.

Harry put on the suit. He didn't like it. He didn't like the color at all. He came out of the dressing room.

Draco looked at him. "Hmm..."

"I don't like it." Harry said.

"No, I don't really like it either, the color clashes with your eyes."

"Mr. Malfoy, here's the suit you asked for." The woman handed him the suit.

"Thank you."

"Harry love, can you put this one on? I'll go look around a bit. Be careful with putting the other suit back on the hanger."

Draco walked around the store again. Maybe something burgundy? He walked over to a mannequin with a burgundy waistcoat and a white shirt with a burgundy-and-white striped tie and dark blue trousers and black leather gloves underneath. Yeah, this would look great with his suit. "Miss, could you get these for me too?"

"Of course, Mr. Malfoy."

Hmm, Harry probably won't want to wear the gloves, but that shouldn't be a problem.

"Draco?" Harry came out of the changing room.

Draco turned around. "Hmmm... No, that blue is too light, it makes your eyes look a little yellowish."

"Mr. Malfoy, here's the suit."

"Thank you." Draco took over the suit from her. "Give this one a try." He handed the suit to Harry.

Harry went back into the changing room. He liked this suit. Classy, but with a bit of a rough edge. He liked this a lot. He came out of the changing room.

Draco looked at him with wide eyes. "Do you like this one?"

"I love it!" Harry said.

"Great, I do too. Shall we take this one?"

"Yes, but how much does it cost?"

"Don't worry about that."

"But..."

"I pay."

"Really?"

"Yes, it is a gift for you."

Harry hugged Draco tightly. "Thank you!" He kissed him on the cheek.

"You're welcome love."

Harry got changed and Draco paid for the suit.

"And now we go to honeydukes!" Harry shouted enthusiastically as they left the store.

Draco laughed.
