"To think that all of this started with a dream." Harry said as he took a sip of his tea. He leaned against Draco.
Harry and Draco had gone for a drink in a coffee shop with Ron and Hermione.
Hermione smiled knowingly.
"What?" Harry asked confused.
"Tell him Mione, he has the right to know." Ron said.
Draco and Harry looked at them strangely.
"Alright," Hermione sipped her tea and put her cup on the table. "The night before you had that dream, Harry, I put a realization potion in your pumpkin juice."
Harry looked at her in surprise. "Really?"
"Yes, your obsession with Draco drove everyone crazy, so I made a realization potion in the hope that you would finally realize you liked him. It still took a long time, but at least you were on your way."
"You knew about this?" Harry asked Ron.
"No, I found out during the summer break of our fifth year after Ginny told me about a bet they had on you guys. Ginny already suspected she was cheating."
"I didn't cheat!" Hermione protested. "We hadn't agreed not to give Harry a helping hand."
Draco laughed. "That's very Slytherin like, Mione."
"But it's true, she didn't say anything about giving potions to help make it happen."
Draco chuckled.
"It's still cheating." Ron said.
"It's not!" Hermione protested.
Harry and Draco laughed.
"So basically it's thanks to you that Harry and I are now married." Draco said after a while.
"And thanks to McGonagall who punished you and Ron by letting you stay with Ron for an entire weekend."
"Yes, that's when it really started." Harry said.
"And thanks to Ron's terrible snores." Draco said.
Harry laughed. "True, otherwise we would've just fallen asleep that night."
"I don't snore!" Ron protested. "Not very loud."
"Yes, you do." Draco and Harry said at the same time.
"You do snore loudly dear." Hermione said.
Ron crossed his arms, making Harry and Draco laugh.
"I guess I should thank you, Hermione." Draco said.
"Why?" She asked.
"If you had never given Harry a realization potion, I would've never been with him now."
Harry smiled, pulling him closer.
"It's the best thing that ever happened to me." Draco looked at Harry admiringly, eyes twinkling with happiness.
"Aww love," Harry kissed Draco lovingly.
Draco kissed him back. He put his hand behind Harry's head and pulled him closer.
Hermione couldn't help but smile, seeing her friends still so in love, after all those years. "You're welcome, I suppose. I just wanted to beat Ginny." She said.
Harry and Draco smiled at them.
Draco put his head on Harry's shoulder and Harry pulled him closer.
"So you did cheat." Ron said suddenly.
"I didn't cheat!"
Harry and Draco laughed.
