Which there are species like witches, wizards, aliens, robots, cyborgs, quirks, ect. that fall under this category. This is was people call: The sources, they are either people who look/are human but can still use magic or people who can't use magic but aren't human.... They aren't treated like the Humans are but they aren't welcome of them sometimes, society is more open and neutral towards them unlike humans, they aren't considered magic people but more like half-magic people....

Mono: .....so to answer your question..... Nugget would be considered half-human in this case...
