The next day at the academy, many of Ravi and Leah's classmates, like Liz and Nathan, received them with lots of questions in mind: Are you two okay? What kind of mission did you take? How is life in other planets? Were you punished in the end?

Apparently, they all knew more than the guardian duo thought. However, there was one girl who was particularly angry at them... and didn't even bother to approach in order to say 'hi'. Leah noticed this and tried to start a conversation with that person, though it seemed completely useless at first.

"How's it going... Kadiah?" Leah asked her awoken friend who was sitting while laying on her desk with her arms crossed.

"Oh, you know..." Kadiah replied with annoyance. "I've been better, especially when my friends don't use me and lie to me"

"Kadiah..." the human girl didn't know what to do. She knew that Kadiah had all the reason to be angry at her... and that she hurt her feelings by lying to her and using her to get information. However, Leah was still determined to find a way to get her apology. And so, she took a seat right next to her. "Listen... I'm sorry... I really am... So..."

"I don't care" the awoken girl replied, angrily. "You are back, but... don't think for a second that I was worried in the first place"

The human girl startled in sadness at those words. But then, just when she was about to give up at last, she remembered what Ikora once said about one of her classmates discovering that she and Ravi were in trouble... and then it finally clicked inside her mind. "You are the one who told the others, aren't you?"

"Eh?"

"Actually..." Leah continued as a tiny grin took form in her face. "...it would be more accurate to say that Idus told YOU that we were in risk of getting expelled... and so, YOU gathered all of our friends in order to help us... right?"

Kadiah remained silent for some time. "I... I don't know what you are t-talking about"

"Of course you do" Leah continued, happily. "We owe you one, Kadiah. In fact, I alone owe you a lot"

"Wh-what do you... mean?"

"I mean that you are an amazing friend. You approached me and helped me interact with the other girls more after all. Ravi may actually be my best friend, but you... You are my best GIRL friend... hehe..."

The awoken girl remained shocked and in silence.

"And what's more... You also taught me a really valuable lesson when I most needed it, remember?"

At that moment, Leah made memory and repeated the exact same words Kadiah once told her some time ago, and that worked as the key to reunite her with Ravi.

"Friendship is... something precious. And it really sucks when it's ruined because of something stupid... Isn't that right?"

"Leah..." Kadiah couldn't keep her little act any longer after that. Those words certainly managed to reach deep down inside her. And as tears started falling from both of her cheeks, she finally turned around and embraced Leah in a hug with no intention of letting her go. "I am... so glad! So glad you are back and safe!" Kadiah claimed while crying inconsolably.

Then, Leah too hugged her back as a comforting smile appeared on her face. And so, both girls remained like that for a very long time while Ravi on the other hand, witnessed all of it from afar as he smiled softly at the touching scene as well.

Right after classes, Ravi decided to leave Leah with her other friends and headed straight towards the Tower's hangar. Turns out last night he received another message... from the Stranger herself. She asked him to meet her alone and so, once the guardian trainee got to the hangar, he found her already waiting for him really far from the workplace of the many mechanics and engineers, proving that she definitely didn't want to be seen by anyone but him.
