Back at the gathering safe place of the guardians in Venus...

Many different vanguard ships were just arriving to the jungle planet after having being called by none other than the titan, Lord Shaxx, himself.

Vex attacking out of nowhere...

The communications down...

Gravely injured guardians...

Six missing trainees...

The veteran titan knew that the situation at hand had already surpassed all possible bad expectations. Therefore, he ended up sending some messengers to Mars and the Moon in order to ask for back-up. The back-up of none other than the other 2 commanders who didn't think twice about cancelling their own excursions, and came to Venus as soon as possible.

"Any progress, Shaxx?" Zavala asked as he got out of his ship.

"Unfortunately..." Shaxx replied.

"Unfortunately, no" Cayde suddenly interrupted. "Communications are still down for some reason, and 6 of our trainees are still missing somewhere as well. The only good news right now is that we have treated the wounds of some of the others present here"

Zavala remained pensive for a while. "What about the Vex?" he then asked, seriously.

"Nothing" Shaxx replied. "They haven't shown their metal faces again since the moment we dealt with them back at the Vault of Glass's entrance"

Ikora startled slightly after hearing those words. And what is more, she then rubbed her chin, softly, while also meditating hard on what those weird alien robots were really trying to accomplish.

"What's wrong, Ikora?" Cayde asked the warlock.

"Ah? N-nothing" this last one stuttered. "It's just that... I have a bad feeling of what's about to come next. That's all"

...

Meanwhile, back inside of the vault...

"Let's wrap this up, Time's Conflux. You are about to meet the Time's Vengeance" Ravi confidently claimed as his friends on the other hand, were still finding hard to understand what had just happened in front of them.

"Wh-what on earth happened to him?" Idus asked himself in surprise. "This feeling... I don't know how he did it, but Ravi just powered up a lot. The pressure he emanates is simply incredible, and I can sense a great amount of energy inside of him"

"F-forget about that!" Kadiah replied in childish surprise as Idus sweat-dropped. "How the hell did he appear up there...?!" She pointed to where Ravi was. "...if he disappeared over there?!" She then pointed to where Leah was as Idus took a long sigh.

On the meantime, Leah was still unable to process the recent events. Just merely a minute ago, Ravi had completely disintegrated in front of her. But then suddenly, he reappeared once more and out of nowhere mere seconds later.

"Is that... really Ravi?" Wire asked.

"What do you mean? It is him, right?" Xeno asked back.

"Yeah, I know. But as his ghost... I can't help but notice he seems... different"

Leah remained in silence and in shock as the ghosts kept on talking. 'Ravi... What just happened?' she then thought while watching the blue-haired boy.

Parallelly, this last one kept on staring at Atheon with a confident grin for various seconds. However, at some point the machine finally decided to act, and raised its hand instantly, making another of those deadly glowing things called Oracles to appear out of nowhere.
