My chance to save us

Toby was alone, but at the backstage there were girls' laughter. Damn! I didn't want Jo to be seen here with me and in this foolish situation. It seemed to me I was frightened more than Jo. I knew she was my brave girl.
Toby was keeping his poker face, but it was felt his soul stormed inside.
"So, I won't ask you what you are doing here, because I know exactly what you are doing!"- he stretched his lips in disgusting smile.
"Toby, don't make a scene, please."- Jo tried to smooth the atmosphere between us.
"Jo, go home right now!"- I ordered and was surprised of my angry voice.
Toby was standing and looking at me, his grey eyes were so stubborn and suspicious.
"Toby, remember, you've promised me to show my present."- Jo tried to distract him.
At that moment, Betty, Carol, Matt and Steve brought their bodies to our place of soul conversation. I wasn't sure that they understood power of displeased between me and Toby.
"Hey, guys. Stop hiding here. Better swim and enjoy the good weather. Josephine, this day is yours. I've prepared something special for you. Come, I will show you."- Carol was nice speaking sweety. Her straight hair seemed spoiled, she had split ends.
"Jay, please. Come back soon. Toby, please. Don't spoil my day."- Josephine smiled at him, and he nodded.
Carol took Jo's hand and they went away, discussing something.
"Dudes, are you ok? What's wrong with you?"- Matt came closer to us.
"Ok, can you, and you Steve, leave us alone?"- Toby and I wanna the same things, to speak face to face. Matt and Steve were puzzled, but went out. We were alone, face to face, both angry.

"Jayden, I don't believe that you are fucking with your young sister! You have lack of girls in your life?" - Toby gave a rant.

"Don't use the word "fucking" in relation to Josephine, ok? It's not your business which bond I and my sister have." - I approached to him and his head became opposite of my chest.

"Really? Not my business! I like her and she will be mine. And you..... - he gasped the air - And you are only her brother. If you touch her one more time, I tell your parents about your..... - he pronounced the word "relation" and showed brackets by his fingers - and then, maybe police knows that you are a dark horse." - he pointed his forefinger to my right shoulder.

"Nobody believes you, Toby!" - I supposed to finish our fabulous talk.

"Nobody believes me, but everybody believes the video on my phone. Do you wanna check it out?" - he took his mobile out and started to look for the evidence against me and Jo.

"Here it is!" - he exclaimed and turn the screen to my face. I watched for our passion. It was painful. This video hurt me. Toby was a jerk. He would blackmail us or threaten. I didn't fear, but I was scared about Jo's reputation. If I were just ordinary guy for her, it would be easy to confess in intimate relation. When the video finished I asked Toby what he wanna to get.

"Don't touch her any more. Break her up! Don't bother me to be next to Jo when you will cut ties with her!" - he said her short name and it was my break heart. I didn't know what got into me, I grabbed his phone and dropped it and smashed by my foot. The phone was broken and my foot was blooded. Physical pain relieved soul pain. I was sure Toby wouldn't be able to do anything, his threats were worthless, but........I didn't pay attention on one thing.....it was.......
