FORBIDDEN LOVE

Charley's confession

"Mister Bay, how did Josephine come to your family?" - I absorbed every detail of this story, I lost my dreams, I can't sleep now, because I wanna listen to Jayden Bay.
"Georgia gave birth to this child." - I have already known it, I remember when Georgia asked Charley to take her child after it will be born.
"How did Jo appear after your coming into this family?" - I wanna know all, oh my God.
"Charley before his death told us that story!" - Mister Bay sighed and started these unpleasant story again.

In the house, which is on the high rock, which became the most comfortable place to live for Josephine and Jayden, which gave them only happiness, the telephone rang.

"Jayden, honey!"- the woman's voice started with crying.
"Mum!?" - Jay's brow was up from surprise, they hadn't spoken for 5 years. "Mum, mama, how are you?" - He didn't know how he had to start the conversation.
"Come soon, please. Charley is so bad. I think, he will die soon. Send Josephine to come too, please. I beg you." - Jayden promised her to arrive as soon as possible. Only at that moment, he realised that Kim was suffering during the  speechless period of their life. He and Jo were not right to leave her alone. It was Charley's fault not hers. But the passed time couldn't be  come back. Jayden supposed Jo not to agree to come with him, but as soon she heard this news, she tried to book the tickets for the plane. 

October, 22 

Jayden and Josephine got to their hometown. Their house was shabby, the garden was dirty, the parents were so old and weak. They felt sorry in their hearts. Never! Never and ever not to be stupid! You must be with your parents till the end. Your parents are the most precious in your life. But a lot of people make the same mistakes to refuse and forget their roots, trying to change their lives, but it is useless. 

Charley was about to die, his face looked so terrible. All his body was yellow, the power left his body forever, pneumonia made him suffer from strong cough and feel the horrible pain in the chest. Jayden was sitting next to him on his bed, Josephine was standing by the window and Kim was crying in the another room. Charley started with his excuses, but Jo interrupted him saying that now it was not so important to waste their time. 

"My children, my lovely babies. I wanna say to you something." - Charley wanna touch Jay's hand, but he couldn't stretch to him because of his weakness. 

"Dad, please. Say to us, why were you so angry with us? We just wanted to be together, because we love each other."

"Because I and Kim didn't want you to live on our way. We wanna to protect you."

"Weren't you happy? Don't you regret that you have decided to be together?" - Jo asked him, but in her voice could be heard begging.

"No, never! I was so happy with my sister, my wife, your real mother." - His weak smile shone his face. 

"If you adopted me, Jo appeared later. It means you cheated mum." - Jayden was staring at Charley's lifeless eyes. 

"Yeah, my heart hurts all my life, your mum is the saint person who I ever met. She forgave me sincerely. I'm so thankful to her." - Kim came to the room wiping her tears off. She was old lady, but she stayed beautiful.

"But how did it happen, dad?" - Jo was persistent. 

"Jo!" - Kim watched her angrily. 

"Kim, it's ok. People say that after the death we have to answer in front of the God, but I think, I must answer in front of my children. They are my Gods, my Gods of life. After Jay's adoption it passed three years, we had problem with money, with people around us, only lazy person didn't discuss us. Jayden was ill all the time and I was such a fool, I came back to my addiction. One night, I went to the club and saw Georgia who became drug addicted because of me. We spent only one night together, next morning we even didn't remember if we had something between us or not. As it turned out, after fife months we knew and remembered that night clearly. Yes, we had. She was pregnant, of course, I was scared that Kim would know about my bad cheating. Georgia was scared to be die and leave a child alone. She asked me to take Josephine in our family. But I was a coward man, I refused. Sorry, Josephine. But now I understand how I love you. Thanks for Kim, she warned me about that unforgiven mistake. Georgia came to our house and told Kim everything."

"Charley, let me tell our children that moment in my life!" - Kim hugged Jayden and Jo and started her story.
