FORBIDDEN LOVE

Sad talk

Steve banged at the door.
"Guys, Carol is sick, she has drunk so much, and now she is puking in the bathroom downstairs. I don't know what I gonna do. Jo, please, help me."- Steve begged behind the door.
Josephine opened the door, Steve was anxious.
"I can help you load her body in your car and you pick her up to her house. I hope you know her place living."- Jo wanna go home, she felt disgust.
"Are you crazy, Jo!? Everybody is drunk, how can I drive?"- His eyes were puny, why Carol liked him.
"Ok, give the key car, I will drive,"- Josephine stretched her hand like a begger.
"I don't have a car. Last year I broke my car, since I don't have any."- Gosh! Stupid Steve! "Can you drive?"- Idiot!
"Yes, my dad taught me!"

Josephine came Toby's room back and found his key on the brown wooden table. "I'll take your car, asshole!"- Josephine said it to him, but he was snoring like a drunk dirty pirate.

When Josephine and Carol were going to Carol's house, her phone was ringing. First, Jo was waiting for long ringing. Then, she was irritated and decided to see who was so annoying. On Carol's phone, Jo saw name of Jayden. Why was he calling Carol in that time?

"Hello, Josephine is listening to you!" - Jayden was confused and speechless.
"Hey, if you don't want to speak with me, I turn it off."
"No, Jo, wait! Please! Don't turn it off, please. I don't expect to hear you!"
"Why are you calling Carol? Is she your new girlfriend?"
"No! What!? No, of course not. I'm calling her to know how I can connect with you. I need you, Jo. I need to speak with you."
"What for? You're gone and never come back."
"I'm coming for Christmas!"
"Happy for you and Tracy!"
"I'm not with Tracy. Listen to me, I love you Jo. I miss you so much."
"You will nothing change, because you are coward."

It was an awkward pause. Josephine parked Toby's car near Carol's house. Carol was sleeping like a baby, drunk baby. After a few minutes of silence, Jayden added: " Have you seen my boxing fight in Detroit?"
"No, it's not interesting for me how two men tan each other." - Jo lied, of course, she saw his fighting. She was worried when Jay's rival punched his face. When Jayden was announced as a winner, she cried all night.

"How could you win if you are coward?"
"Don't call me like that, Josephine. Maybe your Toby is courageous man,"- oh, yes! Toby was so brave, especially when he was drunk.
Josephine kept silence and Jayden felt he told nonsense and he heard her sobbing.
"Are you ok, Jo? What has he done with you? Did he offend you. Say to me, I will come, find him and pound his miserable hide!"
She didn't answer. The talk was stopped. She was crying over the wheel. Jayden was calling again and again. Stupid melody of Carol's ringtone broke Jo's heart again and again. Biltmore "Feel something good" - Jo hated this song.

When Carol woke up, Josephine wiped her tears off and helped her friend to get to the bed.
