Noya could hear the nerves in Asahi's voice. He let out a sigh. And put his head back in the crook of Asahi's neck.

"Come on, Asahi... It's not like you're going to hurt me, " he said.

"What if do? What if I bite down too hard."

Noya couldn't stop himself from laughing at The seriousness in Asahi's voice.

"You mark me every month. It's not that much different."

"You really want me to permanently mark you during your next heat?"Asahi asked for some reason, unsure what else to say.

"Yeah, I really do, " Noya said put his forehead against Asahi's.

"Okay, " Asahi said softly and brought Noya into a kiss.

Just then, they heard the sound of everyone getting home from practice.

"We should go make dinner, " Asahi said, breaking the kiss.

"Only if you promise we can finish this later,"  Noya said with a smirk.

Asahi nodded and laughed, and he and Noya got off the bed and headed downstairs.

Several days had passed, and it was now Thursday. Hinata still couldn't play. He was sitting against the wall at after school practice, scrolling through things on his phone, trying to avoid the sound of shoes squeaking across the gym floor and the sound of the ball as it got spiked over the net and landed with a slam.

He looked through his photos, trying to find a new one of him and Kageyama to make his home screen. He found one he had taken of them the day they had gone to the aquarium and decided on that one. He set it, then went to his home page and looked at it. He sighed in aggravation as he leaned his head against the wall.

Just then, he felt his phone vibrate in his hand, which was weird since everyone he talked to was in the gym with him, and his mom knew not to text or call him until after practice.

He stared at his phone and the notification that scrolled across his and Kageyama's faces on his screen. There was a sense of shock when he saw that it was from the dating app that he and Yamaguchi had set up for his mom. He, a bit nervously, tapped the notification that led him to a message in the app.  His eyes scanned over the message.
