Most of the school day went on normally. Hinata and Kageyama as always being competitive during morning practice, while everyone else seemed to still be needing a little more rest. Yamaguchi, whose heat had been triggered early due to the events of the day before, was having a worse time when compared to everyone else.

His muscles seemed to feel heavier, and his head was dizzy; this made Tsuki on edge, to the point that Suga became worried about the pair of them. Remained at school.  Luckily, however, everything went well for the rest of the day... Until the past hour of school when Kageyama got a text from his sister reminding him that she would be bringing Ellie over later that evening. Kageyama felt a little worried as he began to think about Ellie staying in the packhouse. The same worry that Hinata had before about her being so timid around alphas.

He knew of something, happened to her; his sister would kill him... Well, maybe not kill him, but she would be very angry. This was something he understood; if he left Hinata in the care of another pack and something happened, he too would be royally pissed off.  His worries quickly dissipated as he looked over at Hinata, who was smiling and talking to another Omega about what had happened at the park and meeting Langa and Reki. If anyone could make Ellie feel comfortable and safe within the karasuno pack, it would be Hinata.

Kageyama sat at his desk and continued to watch Hinata talk with their classmate. His phone vibrated again with a text from Suga and Daichi, letting him know that they were going to not be at after-school practice and that they were going to go home and set up a room for Ellie before Miwa brought her over.

He folded his arms onto his desk and rested his head on top of them. Shutting his eyes, He started to think about the day he found out that he was an Alpha.
He was in his room, sitting on his bed and looking over the paper that his doctor had given him about being an Alpha.
His sister appeared in his doorway and tapped on the doorframe.

"Can I come In?" Miwa Asked; Kageyama nodded, and she came into his room and sat next to him on the bed.

"So you're an Alpha, huh?" She asked as she glanced at the paper in her brother's hands. Kageyama nodded in response. His demeanor causing his sister to let out a sympathetic sigh, remembering what had happened to him on the court the day before when his teammates had turned their back on him, leaving him alone.

Miwa thought for a moment of some encouraging words to say to her younger brother that would lift his spirits and boost his confidence back up a bit before she left again to go back to her college campus.

"Don't worry; you are going to be a good Alpha," she said quietly. Kageyama shrugged his shoulders, a little irritated and frustrated with that statement. At that moment, he felt like he was doomed to be alone. His controlling, and possessive nature only became worse when the traits of his secondary gender became more prominent. Not to mention he wasn't able to smell the scent that Omega's had.
