Hey guys! I found some of my unfinished chapters on my phone, so I'm just going to post them here without doing anything else. I don't remember what I was going to do with them, so I'll post them as they are, feel free to finish them if you want to but be sure to give me credit for them. Happy reading!

Merlin was racing down the hall. For once, he wasn't late for anything! He was just wanting to get to work early! He loved his job!

"Slow down, Merlin! You'll slip and fall! Then, I'll have Gaius to answer to! What would he do?" The queen yelled after him.

He smiled kindly at her. "Sorry, I'll slow down. How are you today?"

"I'm good. How are you?" The queen smiled back when he nodded at her-implying that the author doesn't want to write a response and that he was doing just fine-and she went on her way to the courtyard.

Merlin sped off, but not as quickly as before. As he entered Arthur's chambers, he saw that the prince was still fast asleep. He smirked before he acted on what was going through his head.

He quickly cast a spell that would hang Arthur from the ceiling for three minutes then drop him in his head.

"Argh! MERLIN! What have I told you about doing that?!" The red-faced prince asked his servant.

"...not to?" When the prince gave him a harsh glare, he went to defend himself. "I really tried not to! It was just sooo easy! You were sleeping, and I wasn't! So, I did it! And you woke up! And you have just about thirty seconds left until you drop."

"MERLIN! I HAVE TRAINING TODAY! WHAT IF I GET ONE IF THOSE HEAD INJURIES?!"

"When don't you have 'one of those head injuries'?" He mumbled under his breath. For once, Arthur didn't hear him.

By then, the spell was wearing off, and Arthur fell to the ground with a 'thump'- followed with a plethora of curses.

The queen had come back inside and just happened to be passing the room. "Arthur Pendragon! I did not raise you to act like that! What on earth were you thinking?!"

"Sorry, mother, it won't happen again. Merlin here just decided that it would be funny to hang me from the ceiling again."

The queen's eyes softened. "That's fine. And Merlin, I know that magic isn't illegal, but you shouldn't be using it to be waking my son up."

"Yes ma'am. It won't happen again, Queen Igraine. I promise."

"It better not. I do need to speak with you, join me outside. Arthur, I trust that you can dress yourself?" Upon receiving a doubtful nod from her son, she led the way into the hall with Merlin following.

"Merlin, I know that you have the destiny, so that's the only reason that I'm telling you this. That and the fact that you're the only person that I trust with this information. You can't tell anyone. Understand?"

"You have my word." He swore, offering his pinky. She laughed at his antics, but she lifted up her hand, linking pinkies with him.

"I believe that someone has done something very bad. I think that Uther's ghost has joined us among the land of the living. I don't know what to do.

Gaius said you might be able to help, so here I am. Do you have any ideas? Any at all?"

"I might know someone. I'll have to go away for a few days, is that ok? I won't leave if you don't want me to." The wheels in his head were spinning. He could go to Mordred or maybe even Morgana. The dragon might even be willing to help.

"That's fine. How long will you be gone? If it will be more than three days, I want you to take someone with you."

"It should take me maybe a week, maybe just a little longer. Can I take Gwaine? He's probably the only one I can tolerate for that long. Well, him and...Lancelot...but, well, you know."

"I understand. Will you be telling Gwaine, or should I?"

"Unless you want to take a trip to the tavern, I can tell him."

"I'm good. Have a good trip! And don't worry about Arthur, I'll have George fill in. Remember, you can't tell anybody. On second thought, you can tell Gwaine and whoever you end up going to help for,  just be sure that they don't tell anyone. Got it?" She fixed her stone-cold gaze on him.

"I do. Stored in my brain. I won't ever forget! You have my word."

...

After a three a.m. trip to the tavern, Merlin was getting ready to head out. He had packed enough supplies for the both of them to be gone for five weeks.

When he told Arthur that he would be gone for a few days, the prince pouted until the servant told him that it was the queen's orders that he and Gwaine left for a quest.
