This one isn't like a story, it's kind of when you're telling someone something and you don't use dialogue. It also sucks a lot, but I wanted to get something published for you guys. It's also sad, so be warned.
I'm Merlin...hi! I'm going to tell you a story about my big sister, Amaya. Amaya was never allowed outside, mom kept her locked away. She never met anyone. She was always very sad and I was the only one that could cheer her up!
I remember one time when she and I snuck outside and played with Will for almost an ENTIRE hour! Then mom came by and we got in trouble, Amaya hasn't wanted to come outside since that happened.
Another time, we were playing inside together and both using our magic to conjure toys that we could play with. Mom was at her friend's house while they were making clothes for winter. Mom came home early and we got in big trouble.
I don't think that Amaya was ok after we got in trouble that time, she didn't smile as bright. She tried to laugh the same, but it was different. Her laugh didn't reach her eyes. Her laugh was broken.
Another day, I convinced her that it would be ok if we invited Will over for dinner while mom was in the castle for supplies. She agreed, but only because mom was gone for three days. There was a big storm and mom couldn't leave. We got caught and were punished worse than before. I wasn't aloud to play with Will for two weeks and I don't remember what Amaya's punishment was. But after it, she stopped laughing. Only smiling. Her smile didn't even move her cheek muscles. Her smile was broken.
When I was ten, mom left to visit Gaius in Camelot. She had already been gone for three days, and wasn't supposed to get home for three more days. We went outside to hunt since there wasn't any more food at home. We didn't get caught that day, but when mom got back, we did. Mom had one of her friends watch us and tell her what we'd been up to. We were punished again and Amaya stopped smiling. Her happiness was broken.
When I moved to Camelot to live with Gaius, she didn't leave home at all.
When I visited home, she stayed with mom's friend. I went to visit her, she wasn't ok. I don't know exactly what she'd been through, but she wasn't ok. I stayed there that night. We reminisced in old times for five minutes before I told her tales of my time in Camelot. She got a sad look in her eyes before she quickly shook her head and it was gone, it was so fast I didn't even know if I had imagined it or not.
We went to sleep. Or, I did. During the night, she countered a dagger with her magic. The only reason I didn't sense it was because I had quickly gotten used to her magic and never was bothered by it.
Amaya was in such a hurry to go to heaven, that she forgot me. We always did everything together, but she forgot about that. The angels didn't. They were carrying her to heaven before they realized their mistake. They dropped her back on earth. She plummeted to the ground, crash!! And she broke.
