Normani puts Lauren in a group chat with her and Dinah to see if she wants to go to the beach with them.
Group chat
Normani: Hey Lauren do you want to go with me and Dinah to the beach today.
Lauren: Yeah, sure do I have to bring anything?
Dinah: Bring some money because afterwards, we are going to go eat once we finish eating, we're going for a walk but that's only if you wanna go.
Lauren: Ok cool I'll join y'all at the beach and going out to eat and on a walk.
Normani: Ight see you in 3 minutes.
At Lauren's house
Lauren was packing her bag to get ready for the beach she was looking for a bathing suit to wear when she found the one, she put it on she heard a knock on the door and went downstairs to see Dinah at the door Dinah asked if Lauren was ready to leave for the beach. Lauren said that she was almost ready to leave but she had to grab her bag, keys, and money.

Lauren, Normani, and Dinah are at the beach Dinah gets up and asks them if they wanted anything to drink because Dinah was gonna to go to the boardwalk Lauren asked for Kool-Aid and Normani wanted water, so Dinah walked away to head to the boardwalk once she got there, she went to go get the drinks so was on her way to get Normani's water someone bumped into her. Move out the way the girl said Dinah then turned around because she recognized that voice it was her ex-girlfriend Megan her and Megan dated for 4 years. Hello, Megan said it's been a while since we spoke how are you? Dinah didn't respond because she doesn't care about her ex-Megan asked Dinah if she wanted to get back together with her. Dinah turned around and said NO BECAUSE WE DATED FOR 4YEARS WHY WOULD I GET BACK WITH YOU Megan stood there in shock Dinah walked away and went back to her friends.
Lauren & Normani's Conversation
Normani asked Lauren if she should ask Dinah to be her girlfriend
Lauren sat there in shock because she didn't know what to say.
They both sat there in silence and waited for Dinah to come back to break the silence but when Dinah came back it was still silent, they didn't speak for a little bit and then Lauren broke the silence and says let's go play in the sand or something.
