CHAPTER 15 - ENTER: THE ARROW

PLASMA TOWN

Speed: Everymon on this planet, at some point in their lives, has had a major case of the feels, those days when your heart is just too small to hold the big things you're feeling. Today's one of those days. We think of our emotions like they're these unique, personal phenomena, that no mon has ever felt what we have felt.

Speed is currently running through the streets of Plasma Town and is looking around for any criminals he can stop

Speed: There is a basis in science for every emotion we feel, anger, love. As a scientist, I know there's nothing magical about what makes us feel something for somemon else...

Speed then passes by Jitters and sees Lazuli smiling, he stops running for a bit, but time is still slowed down as he is still moving fast

Speed: But then I see her smile. Man, that cannot be science.

Speed smiles and then quickly zooms off

As Speed was running Trace talks to him through the headset

Trace: "Speed, bank robbery in progress at Cunningham and Sampere."

Speed: "I got it."

Speed then starts to head towards the bank and as soon as he gets there all he sees is chaos

Everymon was currently in a brawl, one mon was pointing a gun at another mon and fired at the mon, Speed then catches the bullet in time and runs upstairs to the second floor

Then all of a sudden the mons in the room stop fighting, from above Speed looks on in confusion wanting to know what the hell happened

TIME SKIP

THE SAME BANK

PTRD was all over the bank

Speed just walked in the bank with his CSI case, sees Alfred and walks over to him

Speed: "Hey."

Alfred: "Busy morning, witnesses reported seeing a yellow streak?"

Speed: "Alfred, you should have seen it. It was like everymon in here was trying to kill each other. I got here just in time."

Alfred: "Well, it must've been a diversion, because there's half a million bucks missing from the vault. There's a tracer in the cash stacks. We're trying to find the signal. In the meantime, any idea what could've caused this?"

Speed: "A neurotoxin, maybe. I'm going to swab some surfaces, see what I can find, but I think maybe they got whammied."

Alfred: "Did you just say 'whammied'?"

Mon: "I got so angry."

Speed and Alfred turn and see Spike talking to a mon about what happened

Mon: "I can't believe I did that. I would never hurt anymon. You have to believe me."

Spike: "I do."

Spike and the mon then walk past the two and outside

SINGH'S OFFICE, PTRD

Spike was currently talking to Singh who was eating a sushi from Pop's Sushi Place called Sushi Feed and Alfred was in the back on a couch listening

Spike: "Something is happening in this town and everymon wants to pretend like it isn't, but it is, and I think we should do something about it."

Singh then ignores the detective and starts eating: "Pop's makes such delicious food, I want to know how he does it."
