CHAPTER 26 - A DATE?

TIMESKIP – 1 WEEK AFTER LAST CHAPTER

SPEED'S ROOM, ALFRED'S HOUSE

Speed: So how does a superhero get ready for a date?

Speed was getting dressed for his date with Sylvia

Speed: Same as everymon else.

He changed into a red shirt with a red jacket and black jeans, he shook his head and changed to a different outfit

He was wearing a green polo with the same jeans, he did a quick spin and shook his head again

He changed and was now wearing a white shirt with a tie and a grey vest: "Alright."

Speed then walked down the stairs where Alfred was

Speed: Everymon tells you to just be yourself

Alfred looked at Speed's outfit and gave a thumbs up, Speed shook his head and ran back upstairs

Speed: But who is that really?

He came back down and he was now wearing a suit jacket instead of a vest

Alfred: "If you change one more time, Imma shoot you."

Speed chuckled and ran out of the house

On the way to Sylvia's apartment he ran by a florist and took one of the flowers, he paid for it and continued running

Speed then arrived at her apartment and she walked out right on time, she was wearing a blue shirt with a black leather jacket and leggings

Sylvia: "Punctual."

She walked over to the Jolteon who was holding a singular flower

Speed: "Ye-yeah, that is what my friends call me: Mr. Punctual."

Sylvia then smiled: "Is that lonely-looking flower for me?"

Speed made a worried face: "Is this dumb? I thought about getting a full bouquet, but then I thought that was weird."

Sylvia shook her head: "No."

She then grabbed it with one of her feelers and smiled: "It's awesome."

Speed smiled: "Alright"

He then lent out his paw, she wrapped her feeler around it and they walked down the street

TACO RESTAURANT, PLASMA TOWN

Sylvia and Speed were eating tacos, however they weren't regular tacos, they were the apparently the spiciest tacos in the whole town, not to mention they also put extra hot sauce on the tacos

Both of them were sweating bullets until Speed gave up and chugged a glass of water

Sylvia threw her paws in the air: "Yes! Victory!"

She then looked at the Jolteon who fully chugged the glass of water: "I told you these were the spiciest tacos in Plasma Town."

Speed coughed: "Oh, I thought you were bluffing."

Sylvia smirked: "I never bluff."

Speed chuckled

Sylvia: "Just say it, I am the champion of all things spicy."

Speed sighed: "You are the spice champion of Plasma Town."

Sylvia put up her paws: "Well, this requires soap and water. I'll be right back."

Speed nodded and Sylvia walked away
