CHAPTER 16 - FLASH VS ARROW

S.T.A.R. LABS

Pearl and Flora were walking in the Cortex talking about something

Pearl: "Have you heard of color psychology?"

Flora nods: "The theory that changes in the color spectrum can affect emotion."

Pearl smiles: "It is so nice to have another female mon to talk to."

Flora: "I know."

Pearl: "I was thinking that if Bivolo uses color to induce the temporary psychosis, maybe we can use light and color to reverse it."

Wells then wheels into the room: "Miss Smoak, a word, if you please."

Flora nods her head and walks into the hall with Wells

Wells: "Flora, I like to surround my team with known quantities. That is because I find the unknown to be toxic, dangerous."

Wells then stops and turns to Flora: "The Arrow is unknown."

Flora: "I can assure you, Dr. Wells, he's not dangerous. At least...to us."

Wells: "Well, of that, I have little doubt and yet, I find myself with a conundrum. How can I completely trust a mon when I don't even know his name?"

Flora then tilts her head wondering what he is trying to get at

Wells: "So, I was hoping, Miss Smoak, that you could help me trust him. Who is he under the hood?"

Flora shakes her head: "That is not my secret to tell, Dr. Wells."

Wells smirks at this: "Of course. I'll figure it out on my own."

He then wheels off and Speed shows up behind Flora

Flora: "Hey."

Speed sighs: "Hey."

Flora: "How'd it go with Oliver?"

Speed: "You know, to be honest, not exactly the partnership I thought it would be."

They begin to walk over to the Cortex

Flora: "Oh, did he really do the thing with the arrows?"

Speed then stops walking and looks at Flora: "You knew he was going to shoot me?"

Flora raises her paws up: "Whoa, it is practically impossible to tell when Oliver's making a joke."

Trace then walks nearby and a computer starts beeping, he looks at it

Trace: "Hey, we just got a ping from the facial recognition software on Bivolo, aka, Prism."

Pearl turns to face Trace: "Since when do we have facial recognition software?"

Flora and Speed walk into the room

Flora points at herself: "Happy Hanukkah."

Speed: "Where can I find him?"

Trace: "Traffic cameras just caught him entering a residence at 168 Jarvis."

Flora: "We should let The Arrow know."

Speed then starts to walk over to his suit: "I can handle this solo. I've done it before."

Flora then starts to follow him: "Speed, I really think you need to wait--"

Speed: "Flora, I don't need his help."

He puts on his suit and runs off towards where Bivolo was

AT THE APARTMENT

Speed arrives at the complex and sees a locked door, he then breaks the lock by vibrating his paw on it and he opens the door
