INTERROGATION ROOM, PTRD

Spike was cuffed to the table, Ashai was in the room talking to him

Spike: I didn't shoot those rescuers

Ashai: The captain certainly pled your case

Speed opened the door holding a piece of paper: The results of the GSR swab

He gave it to Ashai: Detective Thawne's hands are free of lead, barium, and antimony

Ashai: Yet no mon can seem to explain how the surveillance video clearly shows Thawne firing his weapon

Speed: It only looked like Detective Thawne

Ashai: Mr Allen, no, aren't you supposed to be the scientist around here?

She put the paper down and walked out of the room

Spike sighed: It's hard to blame her That video is pretty damning

Speed shook his head: No, no, we just have to convince her

Spike: Seeing is believing, Speed, they're gonna put me away

Speed looked at Spike and then ran him out of the room and into an alleyway outside the precinct

Speed: Okay, look, you get to S.T.A.R. Labs They'll set you with a burner phone, I'll contact you-

Spike cut him off: No! I run now, that video is the least of my problems, no way I don't smell guilty, no way they'll let me stay on the force

Speed: You said it yourself If we don't find Hannibal Bates, you go to prison, for a crime you didn't commit and I'm not gonna let that happen! Not again!

Spike sighed: This isn't like your dad, Speed, when your dad was put away, you were a young Eevee, there wasn't anything you could do but you're not an Eevee anymore, you're a scientist, you're the Flash

He put his paw on Speed's shoulder: You are gonna find Bates, and you are gonna clear me, so go do it

Speed nodded: Alright

Speed rushed Spike back into the room and cuffed him to the table again

Spike: Get me out of here the right way

Speed nodded and walked out of the interrogation room

TIMESKIP

ALFRED'S HOUSE

Speed walked in the house and was on the phone with Lazuli: I promise, Lazuli, I'm just here to shower and change, and then I'm going to my lab

He shut the door behind him: I swear I'm gonna get Spike out of this, okay? I'll call you later, alright?

He then hangs up on Lazuli and then there was a knock on the door, Speed walks up to the door and sees...Spike? He was right outside the door

Speed opened the door: Spike? What in the world? How did you get out?

Spike: Captain Singh called in a favor and got a judge to sign my release

Speed: I was on the phone with Lazuli Why haven't you called her? Hold on

Speed turned around and began to dial Lazuli's number and just then Spike hits Speed in the back of the head with his gun, knocking the Jolteon unconscious

Spike (???): I have no idea who she is

He then touched Speed and turned into the Jolteon, he then dragged Speed's body up the stairs, put duct tape over his mouth and tied his paws together, he grabbed Speed's phone and wallet, then threw him into a closet and shut the door
