the AU where Merida blinks herself into a different realm suddenly. Glitch! AU- basically when you glitch you somehow 'wake up' from 'reality', and back into the Real World. aka Matrix AU...sort of. haven't worked out everything yet.

Merida isn't sure what happened. She had been falling back onto her bed, then when she opened her eyes again- water.
Then someone had pulled her out of the water. If she wasn't busy trying not to choke and drink more water, she would've kicked and lashed out at whoever it was.
"M- Merida?"
She looked up. The guy who had pulled her out looked down at her. "How do you know my name?" she coughed. "Where am I?"
"I-" a loud whizzing noise overhead made him pause an look up. "We need to get out of here." he said, starting to get up. "Can you run?" he asked, looking down at her.
"Wh-" she shook her head. "I'm not going anywhere until you tell me where I am, who you are, and where is this place-"
"Look, I'll explain everything later but right now we need to get out of here." he said. "Those noises you heard just now? Those are called Sniffers. And they're not known for being friendly, trust me."
"Why should I trust you?" she asked.
"Because if you don't then we're all going to end up dead once that Sniffer turns back." he said.
"Then at least tell me your name." she demanded.
He looked at her. "Hiccup." he said.

i really like this AU, but why is it so difficult to write it damn it????????? T^T will probably write more on it some other day.
