"I'm going insane, Rapunzel." Merida hissed, sliding into the seat across from the brunette.

"What- what are you talking about? What happened?" Rapunzel asked, putting a bookmark to mark the page, closing her book as she looked up at Merida.

Merida took a quick look around, before letting out an exasperated sigh. "I swear, Punzie, I can't take it."

"Wh- are you stressed out about your grades..?"

"Wha-" Merida scoffed. "Hello, have you forgotten who I am? I'm Merida DunBroch, since when have I given a second thought to my grades?"

Rapunzel looked at her, a confused look on her face, nodding slowly. "O...Kay...? So what.."

Merida swallowed, hands covering her face. "I. Um. I haven't told anyone. Um. Okay." She said, taking a deep breath, grabbing Rapunzel's hands. "I. Um. Imayormaynothaveacrushonhiccupanditsdrivingmeinsanehelp." She said it quickly, her eyes squeezed shut. When she didn't get any response, she slowly peeked at her. "Punz?"

Rapunzel blinked at her. "You..." she gaped at Merida as she processed what she had just blurted out. Her eyes widened as it finally clicked. "OH MY GOD!!!" Merida winced at her piercing scream. "Oh my god! I knew it! I knew it! I knew it!" Rapunzel shrieked excitedly. "Ha! Jack owes me a tenner! Oh my god I can't believe this is really happening!"

"Wait you and Jack made a bet on this?!"

Rapunzel waved her hand dismissively. "That's not important right now."

Merida narrowed her eyes at her. "Fine, you get off for now. Because I really need to talk to someone about this before I really go insane." She took a deep breath. "I have this...urge...to um..." she gnawed on her bottom lip. "To kiss him." She admitted reluctantly.

Rapunzel's mouth fell open. "No. Way."

"I'm serious. Unfortunately." Merida groaned, resting her face in her hands. "Its becoming one hell of a problem. I can't even look him in the face without thinking of just reaching over and just-" she let out a frustrated yell, resting her head on the table. "I guess Jack is right. I do need to get laid." She said, her voice muffled.

"Oh my god. Did you just- say that Jack is- right?!" Rapunzel stared at her in horror.

"Say what?!" A voice shrieked. They both looked over as an aghast Anna ran over. "Merida!" Merida yelped as Anna squished her cheeks, pulling her head so she was looking her in the eyes. "What did he put in your food?! What does he have as blackmail against you?!"

Merida pulled her hands off. "I'm fine! No blackmail, no poison or drugs involved." She said.

"Can I tell her?" Rapunzel asked. Merida sighed wearily and nodded. Rapunzel grinned, beckoning Anna to come closer. "Merida~ has a crush~" Rapunzel whispered in her ear.

Anna gasped, head whipping around to stare at Merida. "No way."

"Okay I've already gone through this once can we get to the part where you guys help me solve my problem?" Merida asked.

"Sorry darling, but there's no way for us to help you. Either you guys get together, or nothing happens. It's all up to you." Anna drawled. "So who's the lucky boy?"

"What's this about a boy?" Hiccup asked as he walked over.

"Nothing!" Merida said quickly, sitting up straighter. Anna looked at the both of them, struggling to hide the grin on her face.

"Shut up." Merida groaned, hiding her face with her hair.
