Jonah was abandoned by his parents at a very young age, left to fend for himself.

He wondered around all on his own for a few years, until he was found by an evil shinobi clan. Despite him wanting an actual family, he decided to tag along with them, not that he had much of a choice.

They taught him their ways, including their dark arts, and Jonah learned them all quickly and easily, being the young prodigy that he was. But many many years later, once he became an adult and reached the highest rank of a Jonin, he killed off the entire clan with no problem.

In those many years that he lived with the clan, he had a lot of time to think. He soon came to resent his parents for leaving him behind. He had no friends and no family that he could rely on, and he blamed them for it.

Still angered and saddened by his parents abandoning him, after killing off the clan, he successfully hunted them down and killed them too.

Even though he had finally fulfilled his personal vendetta, he became blinded by the darkness and negative emotions within him, and became a ruthless, killer shinobi. He killed anyone who opposed him and lived only for himself, until he came across two peculiar guys that looked around his age.

One of them wore goggles, while the other seemed to be a humanoid robot: Jamie and Robin.

They appeared to be shopping around when he spotted them. He waited until they finished shopping and followed close behind them. He found their base, and waited for them to come back out.

Luckily for him, they still had more shopping left to do, and they came back out only minutes later. He immediately made himself known by trying to perform a sneak attack, but Jamie used his Prediction power to foresee this, and blocked his attack with one of his Keyblades, Oblivion.

Robin then used a mysterious Stand to create a line of string from his hand that wrapped around Jonah.

As the string continued to wrap around him, it also punctured him in different areas of his body. Robin then used the string to swing him around, and flung him into a nearby wall.

Jonah now had multiple puncture wounds, blood slowly trickling down his body from each of them. Just as he was getting up, another mysterious Stand appeared, this time from Jamie, causing the area to become foggy.

Jonah was confused by these strange powers, but he still took out his kunai to attack Robin with it.

However, his kunai never reached him. Jamie used his Stand to control the fog it emitted. The fog entered each of Jonah's puncture wounds, stopping him in his tracks against his will.

The fog also entered the wound within his wrist, forcing him to point his kunai at his own throat. Instead of killing him, they felt like Jonah would make a great addition to their team.

Jamie used his Stand to make him follow them back inside to meet their leader. Ultimately, they struck a deal. Their leader promised to treat him like family and give him a place to stay, so long as he joined his team.

Though he didn't like their leader that much, he became interested in his possible teammates, especially Robin and Jamie. With them in mind, he decided to stay.

Jonah stayed, only to fulfill his own wishes, and to remain with his interesting new teammates. He began his new life, under the direct tutelage of The Boss.
