A/N I'M ACTUALLY WRITING THIS IN CLASS RIGHT NOW SO I DON'T KNOW HOW GOOD THIS IS GONNA BE. ANYWAYS THIS IS BEFORE PERCABETH IS OFFICIAL AND IT'S AT CAMP HALF-BLOOD.... You probably could've figured that out for your self .....

"Hey Percy?" I called out, my sister Olive giggled silently as he came over. I rolled my eyes, Percy was helping the Aphrodite cabin train so my sister had decided it was her chance to move in on him.

"Yeah?" He asked. I tried to not to sigh too loudly as Olivia giggled again. I really hated it when my siblings did that, it just enforced the idea that all Aphrodite kids were bubbly, giggly, dumb, bimbos when in reality some of the strongest, nicest people I knew came from our cabin.

"Well we were just struggling with this move and I was wondering if you could help us," Olivia batted her eyelashes. Percy either ignored her or just didn't notice because he didn't seem very affected.

"Alright, what move?" He asked.

"Oh,ummm," Olivia trailed off, no doubt she hadn't expected to get this far.
"Well you know, this move," Olivia tried swinging her sword but her wrist bent under the weight and she gave up midway.

"That's a basic swing..." Percy raised an eyebrow at us.

"Yeah, so?" She questioned.

"Well... I mean, not that there's anything wrong with it," he was talking slowly. "But, um..... That's kinda a beginner move....."

'Yeah and I tried teaching her myself but apparently she can't listen unless you're a good looking 15 year old boy' I thought to myself. I could actually fight, I'd been here since I was 10 and you do learn something in 5 years, it was Olivia who really needed help.

"Yeah but you know Olivia is new, so could you maybe show her?" I said exasperatedly, he frowned a bit and mumbled something that sounded like.

"Yeah three months new,"

"What?" I asked.

"What?" He repeated. He saw my look and smiled sheepishly and I just shrugged like,
'What are you gonna do?'

"Alright, so what you're gonna want to do," he started. I tuned him out, after all it wasn't me who needed the training. I felt someone watching me and I scanned the training centre.
My eyes landed on a curly haired blonde standing off to the side with a group who was hurt fully watching the scene next to me, Annabeth. I immediately felt a twinge of guilt, it was common knowledge across camp that she had a massive crush on Percy and the poor boy was so oblivious to it.

"Exactly just swing your arm like that,"
Annabeth's eyes narrowed as Percy helped guide Olivia's arm. Her eyes moved on to me and I flashed her an apologetic smile.

'Sorry,' I mouthed, she just grimaced and shrugged.
I heard another giggle and tried hard not to gag as I turned and saw Olivia running her fingers up Percy's arm.

"You know, you're a really good teacher," she flirted.

"Umm thanks, but trust me Annabeth is way better," he said with a smile. I had to internally laugh. Percy wasn't the only oblivious one, Annabeth always failed to notice the feelings he had for her.

"Annabeth," Olivia had an ugly scowl on her face. I sighed this was not good.

"Yeah Annabeth," Percy pulled his arm out under from her well manicured nails.

"But she's like the daughter of Athena...."

"So?"

"So she's the goddess of smart things..."

"Ummm actually it's Wisdom and Battle Strategy," Percy corrected.

"Whatever, she's the goddess of wisdom and stuff, that's not fighting." Olivia smirked.

"But she is the goddess of Battle Strategy and Annabeth is the best strategist this camp has." Percy defended.

"It's true, she's the smartest person here," I added, "plus Olivia, you don't have to be the daughter of a war god to know how to fight. I'm not and I can fight, Percy's not and he can fight, Annabeth's not and trust me, she can fight."

"Whatever," Olivia rolled her eyes and stalked off to join a group of girls that were looking our way and giggling.

"Thank you, I don't know how much longer I could've survived her hitting on me," Percy smiled at me. I almost laughed, maybe he wasn't as oblivious as I thought.

"Yeah, I'm really sorry I don't know what's with her," I shrugged. I looked him over and I mean yeah, he was good looking; messy dark hair, green eyes pretty muscular, but I liked blonds better plus I wasn't going to interfere with what all my siblings called "Project Percabeth".

"Besides, I don't really like her, there's... There's someone else." He trailed off casting a glance in Annabeth's direction. He caught me looking and blushed bright red.

"You should ask her out," I suggested.

"How do you know I wasn't talking about Malcolm?" He raised and eyebrow. I rolled my eyes and laughed.

"Cause stupid I see the way you look at her and trust me she feels the same way, you should ask her out,"

"Should I really?" He looked uncertain.

"Should you really what?" Percy jumped at the voice behind him.

"Holy Hades," he gasped.

"Relax Seaweed Brain, it's just me," Annabeth laughed.

"I know but you're scary," he was still clutching his chest. I was considering leaving to give Percy space but Annabeth was eyeing me over.

"So Lily..." She started, "how's Olivia adjusting?" She asked. I could tell she was trying to keep the topic light.

"Oh um pretty well, I mean it's a shock at first but she's adapted pretty quickly to being a child of Aphrodite," I responded.

"No offence, but she talks way too much," Percy said.

"Oh I know, all of my siblings do," I shrugged, "we're kinda the "talker" cabin."

"Well yeah but she's obsessive about it, she goes on and on and on past the point where I'm not even listening anymore," he said.

"So like me and architecture?" Annabeth asked.

"Well kinda except with you it's cute, with her..." Percy trailed off realizing what he just said. Annabeth's eyes had widened and her cheeks were slowly turning red, now I was really considering leaving.

"What?" She asked really quietly.

"Oh umm I mean, well I didn't..." Percy was awkwardly rubbing the back of his neck. I awkwardly started to walk backwards, my hands in my pockets, trying to be as inconspicuous as I could.

Annabeth just laughed again. "Don't worry Seaweed Brain, you're pretty cute too," and then she kissed him on the cheek, leaving him standing there looking very lost and confused.
