A/N I NEVER OFFICIALLY THANKED ANYONE IN MY LAST UPDATE SO I WILL DO IT HERE. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU SO MUCH FOR UNDERSTANDING AND SUPPORTING ME AND IM PRACTICALLY CRYING AT ALL THE WONDERFUL COMMENTS ON MY LAST CHAPTER SO THANK YOU TO EVERYONE, I ACTUALLY HAVE THE BEST...... I still don't know what to call you guys.... IN THE WORLD AND I LOVE ALL OF YOU SO SO SO MUCH!!!!!!!!

now on with the update, this is in 3rd person btw (<look at me using cool slang word abbreviations... Ahh yes..... Back to the story)

Annabeth sighed contentedly. It was mid afternoon but right now she was curled up in the Poseidon cabin with her favourite person in the world. A few rays of sunlight poked their way through the blinds, she could hear the distant sound of the ocean combined with Percy's snores as he slept behind her, his arm wrapped protectively around her waist, his face buried into her hair.

His breath tickled her neck as he let out another snore and she chuckled softly before shifting around so that they were now face to face. He was still asleep but Annabeth just laid there admiring him and his beautiful face. Her eyes followed his cheekbones and his nose, his eyes were closed but she could practically see the bright green behind them. She continued down to his mouth, with his perfectly shaped lips that kissed her so well. She tilted her head up to touch them with hers, kissing him ever so softly. Just as she pulled back his arm tightened around her waist pulling her closer and kissing her again, this time deepening it until she ran out of air.

"Hey," she whispered as she pulled back.

"Hey," he replied. His voice was low and rumbling like it always was when he first woke up and Annabeth could feel her heart skip a beat or two. His eyes were glazed over like he wasn't fully awake but they were still the shade of green that she loved.

"You're awake," she ran her fingers through his hair, making it messier than it already was.

"Mmhmm," he closed his eyes before mumbling. "Chiron's gonna kill us if he finds out we're here."

"But he won't,"

"Yeah," Percy let out breath.

"You know you snore right?" Annabeth mumbled, closing her eyes while his hands softly played with her hair.

"I do not," he protested.

"Do too," she teased, opening one eye and smirking. "You sound like a dying whale."

"Well gee," he rolled over onto his other side, "I guess that means you don't have to sleep in here anymore."

Annabeth furrowed her brow before wrapping her arms around his waist. "I meant like..... A cute dying whale...."

"No, no," he waved a hand. "Obviously I'm inconveniencing your sleep, my fault, I'll let you get back to your cabin where you can nap in peace.

"Percy?" Annabeth was almost convinced he was actually serious until she leaned over and caught sight of the smile playing on his lips before he wiped them clean. "Fine," she sighed, flopping back down. "If you really want me gone, I guess I'll go. Just remember though that if I'm gone I won't be able to do this."

She hugged him tightly from behind, no response

"Or this."

She kissed his cheek, but he refused to give in.

"Or this."

She kissed the spot just behind his ear, he shivered in the slightest. She smiled, knowing she'd won.

"And I definitely wouldn't be able to do this." She tilted his head up to her before kissing him. He chuckled before pulling her over so she lay on top of him.

"You're evil, you know that." He whispered as they broke apart.

"Hey I once promised I was never going to make things easy for you," she shrugged. "And I plan on living up to my word."
