Chapter 18
(A/N btw, we have passed the number of chapters that Split Life of Magic had, and we aren't even halfway through the school year. ^.^)
We all walked back to the Gryffindor common room together. Jacob, Alisa, Raven, Xavier, and Caleb. Soon the rest of Gryffindor house would be back to Hogwarts. Hermione had gone home to be with our parents. She still didn't know that she was a pureblood. Not even the ministry knew that. They didn't even know we were related. She wasn't talking to Ron, and occasionally talked to Harry. Harry and Ron were at the Weasley's. Actually now that I think about it, only Raven knows that Hermione and I are sisters. We reached the common room, and Jacob went up to the second year dorms. The boys offered for us to all go up to their dorms. I don't even know who their dorm mates are, I don't even remember my other dorm mates besides Raven and Alisa. It was late, so we decided to just go to bed. Alisa fell asleep the second her head hit the pillow. Raven grabbed her pillow, and sat on my bed as I scrubbed my face. Once I was done, I sat across from her.
"What is it?"
"I was thinking."
"So?"
"When we get out of Hogwarts, we should start a camp and school for demi-wizards. Like in the middle of America. Because just judging on our year, there could be so many demigods that are also wizards, and they don't even know it. We could do it with our gang the way we end up as when our time ends. Then when we die, we can pass on the legacy to six special demigods."
"That would be a good idea. As long as we survive that long. Even three years can be a long time for a demigod, and mix it up with being a wizard too. If we come out of this, we can do it. We will raise enough money to buy several plots of land."
"I just wanted to share that with you Cathy. Good night." I smiled and nodded back at her when she left. I laid my head down on the pillow. Maybe, just maybe, if we all come out of this, we could make Raven's dream a reality. I smiled into my pillow as sleep overcame me.

"Come on Cathy. Get up! The guys want to go outside and build a snow fort and snowmen! Come on I don't want to be late!" Someone shook me roughly. I groaned.
"Alisa will you just leave me alone?"
"No." I groaned again. Alisa pulled at my sheets, and I fell off the bed. Raven laughed at me, and I glared up at her and Alisa. They continued to laugh as I scrambled up, and trudged to the bathroom. I hopped in the shower, and sighed as the warm water ran over me. When I finally got out, Raven and Alisa were changed, and Alisa was arguing with Raven.
"Come on Raven, you would look so much better!" Alisa held a box in her hands. I came in the room, and they both looked at me. Raven scrambled up, and looked pleadingly at me.
"Come on Cathy, tell her that I don't have to get my hair done for a snowball fight." She begged me. I laughed.
"Raven, you can tell Alisa that. It's your life." I watched as she ran out of the room. Alisa frowned, and put away the box. I grabbed my coat, hat, mittens, boots, and a pair of snow pants, and started to walk out, until Alisa called me back.
"We are going by the forbidden forest. Caleb even wants to go in it. So you may want to bring your bracelet down. Just in case." She got up from the floor, and then left. I grabbed my bracelet, and then followed after. Jacob, Caleb, Xavier, Raven, and Alisa were waiting in the common room. I skipped the last step, and almost tumbled over Xavier since he was so small. Jacob was laughing when we got up, and I was smiling like an idiot. I could tell that all of us were in a good mood today. I grabbed Caleb and Jacob' elbows, and dragged them out of the common room. Once we had reached the front doors, Raven had already ran ahead of us with Xavier. The rest of us burst out of the castle. Raven and Xavier were nowhere to be seen. Alisa tugged persistently on my arm to hurry up. I withdrew myself from Jacob and Caleb. A snowball hit my on the side of the head, and I saw a black coat disappear from view. I knew it was Raven, mainly because Caleb had a dark blue coat, Alisa was in white, Xavier was in grey, and Jacob was in red. Caleb had already fled, and so had Alisa. I dove behind a large snowdrift. Jacob just stood there, as if he had not comprehended what had just happened. I called out to him to watch out, and he scrambled towards my voice. A snowball flew at him, and hit his arm. He hurled over me, and tumbled into a ball next to me. I had started to form snowballs, and he crushed a few. I glared at him.
"Truce Cathy?"
"Sure, truce." I sighed. I turned to peer over the snow, and saw Xavier creeping near the tree line. I launched out with Jacob right behind me. We both ran about, firing snowballs at Xavier. Caleb and Alisa ran out from where they had been hiding, and began firing at us. A shadow flouted behind Xavier in the trees. I dismissed it as Raven was coming to help him. Someone ran into me from the back, and I looked up to see Raven on the ground next to me. But the shadow? Uh Oh... I watched in fear, and one of the snowballs flew and missed Xavier. Instead it hit something else, and therefore angering it. A harpy screeched in anger. Five more flew out from behind the trees. My fingers fumbled over the charms on my bracelet. I was finally able to extract the sword, and threw it to Jacob. I threw my bow and arrows to Alisa, and threw the celestial bullet filled pistol to Caleb. I retrieved my knives, and tried to run to Xavier. Emphasis on tried. The Harpies surrounded him, and I threw one of my knives into the wings of two of them. The other four grabbed hold of Xavier, and attempted to fly off, but one was hit with a bullet and burst into golden powder. Another one was shot down with an arrow. One of the Harpies remaining swiped at him. There was a burst of light, and then they were all gone. Even the Harpies that had been on the ground were gone. Caleb turned to me.
"What just happened?"
