Chapter 34

"Would you like to join my hunters? I would have to find a way for you to get your Hogwarts education, but we can work around it."

I hesitated, unable to think for a moment. "Well...I guess so... What would I have to do to join?"

Artemis replied next to me. "You would have to take an oath, one that includes swearing off boys for all eternity, and then we would get you to get your things from Camp Half-Blood, and you would be with us until the school year starts."

I shifted uneasily, "Then yes, I will join your hunters." Artemis nodded in satisfaction, and before I knew it, we were on the outskirts of Chicago, Illinois. The Hunters and the boys began to set up for the night. Everyone went to sleep, and morning came before I knew it. Once everyone was awake, we all packed up. I walked up to Artemis, and nodded to her, "Meet me at Camp Half-Blood as soon as you can." Before walking back to the two boys, and taking both of their hands. "Caleb, imagine Camp Half-Blood, and walk into the shadows of that building over there." He nodded uncertainly, before doing as I said. Darkness surrounded us, before the image of Camp unfolded before our eyes. I heard Caleb sigh next to me, before collapsing in a heap on the ground next to a tree. "Zach, go find a few people in the really really bright cabin, they should look a lot like you in fact." I watched as he ran off in the direction of the cabins.

The weather at camp was as perfect as always, campers ran around doing their daily business, and Thaila's Tree was alive once again with the Golden Fleece shimmering on one of its lowest branches. The plants everywhere were with vibrant colors, and not one camper did not carry a smile on his or her face, well except one. Clarisse walked towards the Big House, with a gloomy expression on her face. I jumped up, hollering her name, and she turned on her heel so fast, she could have gotten whiplash. A great smile came upon her face as her gaze met mine. She ran towards us, but when she saw Caleb on the ground unconscious, her smile sank, and her step slowed.

"What happened to him? Is he going to be alright?" I shrugged as a group of Apollo campers, and Zach, came running up the hill. They gently picked Caleb up, and headed down the hill. Clarisse and I followed silently, and Annabeth and Percy ran up to us.

"What's going on?" I covered Percy's mouth, and dragged him and Annabeth away. Clarisse stayed with the Apollo people. Once I had entered Percy's cabin, I shut the door softly, and whirled around to face the pair.

"Caleb did this weird traveling through the shadows, and then he collapsed. He has done it once before, when he got us to C.C.'s island, and when he was trying to get us from Florida to Camp, but ended up bringing us to my old home in Wisconsin."

Annabeth grinned, "Let's research it."

I facepalmed, "Only you Annabeth." She immediately jumped up and started to drag Percy and I towards the big house. Percy groaned when we entered the miniature library on the second floor.

Annabeth scoffed, "Don't worry Percy, there are English and Greek versions of each of the books here. I can't even read English, Cathy here is the only one in this room who can, mainly because she doesn't have Dyslexia, the lucky girl." I rolled my eyes and proceeded to start pulling out books that I thought would be helpful. An hour or two later, I dropped the book I was holding and ran out of the room with Annabeth and Percy's eyes burning into my back. My eyes were trained on the Aphrodite cabin. If anyone knew where my other friend were, it would probably be one of them. I was so focused on the cabin, that I neglected to see Travis crossing my path until I ran head on into him.

"Oh my gods, I'm so sorry Travis, I haven't been watching where I am going!" I jumped up off of him and offered my hand to him.

He took it laughing. "It's fine. What's got you hurrying so much?"

"Im looking for Raven, Hailey, and Alisa." I flushed, blushing wildly.

His face took a dark shade, "You won't be finding them at Camp Half-Blood. Three days before Clarisse got back they disappeared."

I felt all the color drain from my face, and I began to hyperventilate, "No, no, no, no, no, no, no, this cannot be happening, it just cannot. Not Alisa and Raven, they would never! Raven was my sis, and Alisa was my bestie! (A/N if you have read Split Life of Facebook you will get this reference) And now I don't know if Bae will ever wake up. No, this can't be happening, not to me. No, no, NO!" The last words came out in a harsh yell, and my vision blurred. I could barely see several campers running up to me.

"Keep her awake, she's losing her oxygen quickly. Someone get a stretcher! We need her breathing to even out. KEEP HER CONSCIOUS! If she goes out we may lose her! Quickly guys!" It sounded like Will Solace shouting out instructions to other campers as my breath started to fade, and black spots began to intercept my vision.

I thought I could hear Caleb voice next to me, "Cat, can you hear me? Don't give up. I believe in you. Stay with the world so that you can fill Raven's dream, and make it take form. I know you can do it, with or without Alisa, Raven, and I. Jacob needs you. If you give up, he may totally turn. If you stay, I will too. You can do it. Slow down and keep fighting. The world needs you." I took one last shaking breath, and my last thought was; does the world really need Catherine Granger?

I have to admit, I was actually struggling to get to 1,000 words there for a bit, but I made it! I also have one thing to explain to you. Yes this book is on hold, but I decided to give you all a gift that I have had waiting for a while. I plan to just update like... 15 chapters at a time? I would think that is worth the wait, and a lot better than reading one or two chapters at a time... I personally would rather have that, but I have to pull by with one chapter every month... L I have to admit this past week I've been writing more that usually, but I think that's because I've gotten back into English, and I don't have Sims 3 as a distraction as much anymore...
