A/N:So I know that this has taken forever, but I wasn't quite sure if I wanted to have the story go in the smae direction, so for now this is a filler. The real drama will happen in the next part which should be posted by the end of the week. Sorry for the wait!

Alisha's POV

It had already been a month since Robin was abducted and things seemed to be going pretty well, I was happy with Joel and Mandy and Brian had seemed to be doing ok. They had recently bought the house next to ours together, something about a fresh start was said, but I knew that it was because of Michelle.

Mine and Joel's wedding date was approaching and I had to start getting everything planned out. I just wasn't sure about anything. I was getting Robin ready for a play date with Clementine when the door bell rang.

It was very rare for that to happen because everyone had a key to this place.

I took Robin to her play room and went to open the door.

The last person I expected to see standing there was my dad.

“Dad what are you doing here?” I asked surprised and confused.

“I wanted to talk if that's okay with you?” Joel wasn't home and I didn't exactly know what to do in this situation.

“I understand if you don't want to Alisha. I know that I haven't been the best dad.”

I sighed. “I can't talk right now. I have to get Robin ready and I am meeting Joel's sister for lunch.”

“What about dinner?” He asked pleadingly.

“I don't know. Joel is usually here by dinner and it's my turn to host the family dinner.”

“Family?” He said sadly.

“Don't do this Dad. You know exactly what I mean by family and you haven't been a part of it for many years.” I snapped.

“But I want to be Alisha. I won't let you down this time.”

“I can't do this right now. Okay. You need to understand that this isn't just me and Mandy anymore, we have families that we need to protect. You are not going to hurt my daughter the way that you hurt me.”

He nodded. “Okay, I understand. But please let's just have a cup of coffee tomorrow? I just want to talk.”

“Okay. I'll meet you at the coffee shop down the road from Joel's recording studio around 11. This is your last chance to talk to me, if you blow it don't come back here and definitely don't go looking for Mandy.”

He smiled. “Okay I will be there, I promise.”

“I learned not to believe in your promises a long time ago.” I answered annoyed and closed the door.

Soon I heard little footsteps come around the corner and Robin was once again in my arms.

“When is Clementine gonna be here Momma?” She asked excitedly.

“She's on her way. Now let's go get lunch ready for Daddy before we leave.”

After making Joel's lunch, I finished getting ready and waited for Sarah to arrive. It felt great when she was in town because she understood how it was to be a mother and that I couldn't go out partying all the time. None of the Avenged or Good Charlotte family had kids and it was hard to hang out with them as much since I had Robin.

I had called Leana to meet us, in case she wanted or needed to ask us anything. I knew that she hadn't told Jimmy yet and soon she would be showing. I just wasn't sure why she was keeping it a secret. Jimmy loved kids and I knew that he wanted one of his own.
