3 weeks later.
Mandy's POV
Time had passed quickly since the wedding, everything had calmed down and I was happy to be where I was and everything was peaceful.
We were all waiting for the arrival of Matt and Val at Alisha's house.
“Hey babe, you wanna check on Robin for Ali, she's busy with the cake.” I nodded and grabbed Tal's hand as we walked into the Robin's playroom.
I knew that being with Tal was the right decision for me and I was happy with him. After the whole scandal before the wedding with Brian I was finally able to see my true feelings for Tal and this was what I wanted.
I was just happy that Brian had understood, he had actually turned over a new leaf the whole time he was gone. I know now that he will be okay and no matter what he will always hold a place in my heart.
Brian's POV
I sat outside with Jimmy thinking about everything that had happened these past few weeks. I never thought that I would end up where I was today, but I had accepted the fact that Mandy was with Tal and if she was happy I could learn to live it.
“Dude, you're staring again.” Jimmy said.
“I'm not staring, I was just thinking about everything that has happened.”
He shook his head. “You got to let it go Syn.”
“I did let it go Jimmy, but it wasn't easy.”
He turned to me with a serious expression. “You still love her, don't you?”
As I watched her walk hand in hand with Tal I answered Jimmy. “I can't imagine the day I won't.”
Joel's POV
“Ali are you done with that cake yet? I need to throw some stuff in the oven.”
“Yeah, it's ready. Have you heard from Matt yet?”
I shook my head and made my way around Alisha. I had the perfect life with the perfect girl and there was nothing that could make me let that go.
I smiled at her and pulled her in for a kiss.
“What was that for?” She laughed.
“Just because I can and I love you.”
“I love you too Joel.”
This was my life and nothing in the world could ruin it.
I heard the door open and in walked Val with what looked like a whole lot of shopping bags. Then came in Matt with even more. I was about to go say hi to them before I was pushed out of the way by all the girls shrieking and asking how Paris was, Jimmy wasn't far behind them.
Val's POV
“Hey everyone! I come bearing lots and lots of gifts! But first where's Robin? I bought her the cutest outfits Ali. You're going to love them!” I sat down in the living room with everyone while Alisha went to get Robin.
Things had gone great in Paris and I couldn't wait to go back, but for now it felt good to be home.
“So how was Paris Val? Tell us everything.” Linzi asked.
“It was wonderful.”
“Did you do a lot of sightseeing?” Mandy asked.
“Actually we rarely left the bedroom.” Matt said before I could stop him.
“Ok. Too much information Matthew.” Alisha said as she walked in with Robin.
“Auntie Val!” Robin screamed as she ran up to me. This little girl had become my entire world since she was born. I couldn't wait until Matt and I had kids of our own.
