Alex’s POV
I sat in the living room waiting, not knowing what to say or do, just waiting. Finally after an hour she walked in.
“Spence!” I jumped up and practically tackled her at the door.
“Alex, what the hell? Your message completely freaked me out. What’s going on?” She dropped her bags by the door and dragged me to the couch.
I put my hand in front of her face. She pulled it closer in shock. “Oh my God! Please tell me this is from Benj?” She asked hopeful.
I shook my head.
She stood up. “Joey? Really? Are you sure this is what you want?”
“I don’t have a choice here Spencer. He is the right choice. He is the one that won’t ever hurt me the way that Benjamin has, you know this is the right thing. Me and Benji will never be happy together and he has Eliza, who has obviously meant more to him than I ever have, so please, I am begging you to just be happy for me and don’t fight me on this one.”
“Okay, well, let the party planning begin.” She smiled and I sighed in relief.
“Thank you. There are a lot of people for you to meet. I want the wedding to be soon, before I start showing.”
“What?!” She screamed. “You’re pregnant?! And this is how you decided to tell me?!”
“Spencer. Shut up! Joey doesn’t know.” I demanded.
She threw her hands up. “That’s it.”
“What?” I asked, as she ignored me and pulled out her phone.
“Mands, call Linz we have a code red, meet me at Joel’s.”
I snatched the phone from her. “What the hell are you doing Spencer?! We can’t go to Joel’s!”
She smiled. “Yes we can and we will, now stop playing around, let’s go.”
Mandy’s POV
I hung up the phone and looked at Carey confused.
“What?” He asked.
I put my phone down and stood up. “I have to go.”
He followed me to the door. “Babe? Who was that?”
“I think it was Spencer.”
He laughed. “Spencer’s in town? This outta be good. What’d she say?”
“Code red. I have to call Linz and go to Joel’s.” I kissed him and headed to my car.
“Good luck!” He laughed and closed the door behind me.
I walked into Joel’s yard to see him outside playing with Robin, Tal was sitting by the pool.
“Hey Mands.” I smiled and walked over to Joel.
“Please tell me that Benji isn’t here?” I said quietly.
He shook his head. “No, he went to pick up Sarah and Josh from the airport.”
I sighed in relief.
“What’s going on?” He asked.
“Spencer is on her way here, I don’t know what the hell is going on.” Just then Spencer burst through the side gate with Alex and Linzi not far behind them. She pulled Spencer all the way up to us and put her hand in my face.
“Oh my God! Alex!” Linzi screamed.
“That’s not all.” Spencer said and looked at Joel.
