Chapter 1

Age: 8 four years ago.....

"Y/n... y/n wake up" I heard Eren whisper shaking me awake. I sat up and looked around. "Eren it's 1 am" I said frowning.

"I know but you have to come down stairs okay" Eren said. I got out of bed and Eren grabbed my hand and began speed walking over to the door then down the stairs.

Eren stopped around the corner of the kitchen and turned to me. "Y/n don't freak out okay act calm and don't show any emotion all right just listen to them" Eren said.

"What?" I said as Eren pulled me into the kitchen. "Took you long enough now sit over there!!" A man in a mask said directing me to sit across from mom.

I quickly sat down as another man in a mask came up to me and tied my hands up. "Mom?" I said looking at her.

"Shh it's gonna be okay" She whispered with tears in her eyes. "HEY! tell us why are you here!? are you the same people that came after the Ackermans!!?" Dad yelled.

"Those crazy people!" One of the masked men yelled. "Oh my god the mother stabbed me and the father shot at us" The other masked man said.

"You deserved it" Eren said glaring at them. "You better shut up!" The masked lady said pointing a gun at his face.

"Please just  tell us why you're here!!" Mom yelled. "Are you joking!? haha you guys own a multi millionaire company and you ask us why we're here!?" The masked man said.

"KUTCHEL SAID TO ADD EXTRA SECURITY BECAUSE OF THIS GRISHA!!" Mom yelled. "ARE WE SERIOUSLY GANNA ARGUE ABOUT THIS NOW CARLA!!?" Dad yelled.

"SHUT UP BOTH OF YOU!!" The masked man said pointing a gun at them. "Since you have no idea who we are I'll tell you! we are Marz! haha we go after people who own big companies like you and the Ackermans!" The masked man said walking back and forth.

"Blah blah blah anyways! if you guys don't comply we'll have to kill you understand!" The masked man said.

"Oh but don't worry about the kids! they'll sell for a lot of money on the black market!" The masked lady said poking me with a knife.

"Soooo direct us to your safe right now and also give us the password to the companies savings right now" The masked man said.

"DON'T DO IT!!" Eren yelled. "Ugh he's getting annoying!" The masked lady said rolling her eyes. I furrowed my eyebrows and looked at Eren then shook my head.

He narrowed his eyes on the ground and stopped. "Good job! you actually can listen!!" One of the masked men said clapping.

I looked at the knife the masked lady had put down next to me. I slowly grabbed it cutting my hand but started to cut the rope with the knife.

Mom looked at me and shook her head. I ignored her and continued doing it. I freed my hands and kept them behind my back.

"Hey where'd my knife go" The masked lady said looking at me. I shrugged and stayed still for a second.

"Guys my knife is gone" The masked lady said. "Okay? get another one in the bag" The masked man said.

I looked over at mom and dad who were whispering to each other and Eren was glaring at the intruders.

I looked at the intruders who had their backs turned and were discussing something. I stood up and Eren, mom, and dad looked at me.

"Y/n no! sit down!!" Mom whisper yelled. "No wait! Y/n go upstairs and get the phone on the night stand in our room then call the police okay" Dad said.

I went to my parents room and grabbed the phone and dialed 911. "911 what's your emergency" The operator said.

"T-there are people who broke in and are threatening us now" I said. "Okay stay calm are they armed?" The operator asked.

"Yes" I said. "They have us tied up but I escaped and they're downstairs and I snuck upstairs" I said.

"What's your name?" The operator asked. "Y/n" I whispered. "HEY WHAT THE HELL!? WHERE DID THAT BRAT GO!?" I heard one of the intruders yell downstairs.

"They know I'm gone now" I said. "Okay  authorities are on the way now Y/n I want you to hang up and go downstairs alright" The operator said.

"Okay" I said before hanging up. I put the phone back and walked out of the room. The masked lady grabbed me.

"WHO THE HELL WAS THAT!? DID YOU CALL THE POLICE!?" The lady yelled. "I-" I said. "DON'T LIE I HEARD YOU!! LETS GO!" She yelled dragging me down the stairs.

She dropped me on the floor in the kitchen. "HEY! She called the police we have to kill one now" The lady said.

"NO WAIT I DIDN'T I-I CALLED THE ACKERMANS!!" I lied. "Stop lying I heard you talking to the operator sit down before I kill you" The masked lady said.

"Who shall we kill first" The masked man said. "How about him! he's annoying" The other masked man said.

"NO! DON'T TOUCH THEM!!" Mom yelled. "WE'LL GIVE YOU WHAT EVER YOU WANT JUST LEAVE US ALONE AFTER OKAY!!" Dad yelled.

"Hmmm what I want is a death! so.... hmmm you!" The masked man said pointing at my mom. "NO STO-" They shoved a towel in Eren's mouth.

"EVERYONE QUIET!" The masked lady yelled holding a gun up. They grabbed mom and put her on the table.

"So tell us what are your last words?" The masked man asked. "I... I'm sorry I couldn't protect you" Mom said looking at us.

"Come on you get a front row seat of what you just did to your mother!" The masked lady said grabbing me and setting me on a chair in front of the table.

One of the masked people went up to her and tied her up on the table. They put a black sack over her head.

"This is what happens when you don't listen!" The lady said holding up the knife. After that you can guess what they did to her...

They then took me and threw me into a closet and locked the door. "THIS ISN'T FUN ANYMORE YOU GUYS DON'T LISTEN AT ALL!!" The intruder yelled.

I heard crackling sounds outside the door. After a while I stood up and touched the door knob to feel it was hot.

I quickly grabbed a hammer and smashed thee door knob then kicked the door open to see fire.

EREN'S POV

"Oh man that kid is a goner huh?" The intruder said. I looked back at the house that was on fire. 'They killed mom and made Y/n watch then left her inside the house... then they sot Dad twice and left him alone...' I thought.

"Looks like you're the only one left... what should we do with you until the swat team come here!" The intruder said.

"Kill him too... we'll make the head lines! the great Yeager family dead!" The intruder said. "We'll have to go back to kill the Ackermans you know 1 down 1 to go" The intruder said.

"I'll brought her body We'll leae it in front of the house for everyone to see" The man said holding the bag up. "HAHA yes!" The intruder said.

*SLICE*

I looked over to see that Y/n stabbed the lady. She looked at Y/n before falling down. "WHAT THE HELL! HOW DID YOU ESCAPE HUH!?" The man yelled.

Y/N'S POV

I cut Eren free and we continued to attack all of the intruders before the swat team came. After they came I sat down plainly.

I remember I was sitting on the edge of the ambulance staring down at my hands. "Y/n!" I looked up to see Eren running up to me.

"They're alive! mom and dad are alive! but mom she's being taken away to the hospital with dad!" Eren said.

I just stayed silent and stared at him. "Y/n?" Eren said as his smile faded a bit. "Eren she's probably tired" Dina said frowning.

Eren sat down next to me and sighed. I laid my head on his shoulder. "Don't worry Y/n it'll be okay"
